Had, a tea party here. Loved it. Food was good, loved all the course. Loved, that you got to pick 3 different teas for each course. Staff was nice. Restaurant was clean. There's 2 areas. One is for the tea party's. The other is the cafe part. Where you can come and just eat regularly.

This is by far my favorite place to go with friends for lunch or for afternoon tea. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. I love the treats that are for sale to take home.❤

Went here for our annual book club tea. It is a quaint place. The food was delicious and they have several cute things for sale. However, the service was mediocre at best. They came around only twice for tea refills. We were supposed to get 3 teas but we only received 2. When we asked about it, the response was "I'm sorry about that." That's it. Didn't offer to make it. Didn't give us any money off the bill. "You get 3 included in the price. It's a set price." So a couple of ladies had no tea because the 3rd pot was their choice. We needed more of the cream and preserves and didn't get any. We also felt really rushed so it wasn't an enjoyable afternoon.

We just ate here for the first time today.Pretty awesome environment. I didn't expect a gilled cheese sandwich to be that amazing. And whoa the caprese sandwich was unbelievably amazing. I've never had a sandwich that good. I'm addicted!Obviously super sweet staff.

CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is homely, the staff is all kind and helpful, and to top it all off, the price can't be beat.

I was disappointed. It was just a coffee shop. I expected more of a British tea shop. We got our tea in to go cups not pots, our sandwiches were good but nothing special.

Nestled in a suburban strip mall is a treasure, a true, locally owned, small business gem called Lynn's Tea Shop and Cafe. The baked goods are fresh and dare I say-made with love and care. I had a scone loaded with blueberries that came with Devonshire cream. Scrumptious! The breakfast quesadilla was delicious and substantial, filled with black beans, cheese, and turkey sausage all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Though Lynn's is a tea shop, their coffee is awesome too. Aside from the great food and beverages, there is something else really special going on at Lynn's. Early Saturday morning while waiting for my order, a dad came in with his young daughter. A few minutes later, another dad came in with his young son. I think new traditions are starting at Lynn's. I hope Lynn's becomes a tradition for a lot of families for a long, long time

I recently visited Lynn's Tea Shop and had a wonderful experience! The lemon custard was absolutely delicious - the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The atmosphere of the shop was cozy and charming, with lovely decor and comfortable seating. In addition to the delicious treats, Lynn's Tea Shop also offers a selection of cute and unique gifts. I found several items that would make perfect gifts for friends and family. But the real highlight of my visit was the special dining experience during tea time. The tea service was impeccable, with a wide selection of teas and all the fixings. The sandwiches and pastries were fresh and delicious, and the attention to detail was clear in every aspect of the experience.

My daughters took me to afternoon tea here for my birthday and I was really hoping to be impressed after the 45 minute drive to get here. The tea room and café are adorable, with so much to look at - from sweets and gifts to buy, to collections of china tea service pieces, to nature photos and paintings on every wall. We were greeted by Carol, who, it turns out, was the only front of house staff person for the day. There was another lady putting together the food in the kitchen area. They were not very busy, with only 3-4 tables and a few walk up customers while we were there but for one person, it was a little too much. We had all 3 of my grandchildren with us and the lag in service was just too much for them. Carol was doing everything possible to keep up but she is only one, very sweet, person. All of the three teas that we tried were very good but the standout was the Vanilla Butterscotch black tea. The 3 year old had her own tea service and chose a berry tea that was served in a white elephant tea pot - which she liked. She was also given a quarter of a grilled cheese sandwich, a small wedge of peanut butter sandwich, a half size scone, and a very small chocolate chip cookie and one thin slice of orange - cut in half. I was glad that she was gifted with a cute elastic necklace, which she wore the whole time - because her tea service was $20 and she only ate from my plate. The scones were good but we had a hard time getting enough of the strawberry preserves, lemon curd, and clotted cream to go around. I think it would have been better if each adult had their own plate of these up front. The savories were good and I especially enjoyed the chicken salad croissant. Carol even brought me a chocolate cupcake with a candle which the 3 year old helped me blow out (and then she ate my cupcake).Everything was presented as a 2-3 bite serving. The sweets were also good. I know that afternoon tea isn't supposed to be a meal, but I felt like the portions could have been a little bit bigger or more pieces put on the plates. For the price of $43.20/person, even though it included the gratuity, I felt it wasn't a very good value.Lynn's has other options on their menu and the Ladies Lunch looked very good - with soup, quiche and salad, a scone and a sweet for $30.They are tucked away in the corner of a strip mall but there's plenty of parking.I did enjoy my birthday tea and I'm grateful to my daughters for the fun experience.

I brought my mom and daughter here for afternoon high tea. Once seated we received our first batch of tea and our tiered food. About 20 minutes in we had no tea, no water, and had finished most of our food. We asked for water and was told she would take care of that when she could. After waiting another 20 minutes we went to our car to get our water bottles. Then we waited another 15 minutes to get the rest of the tea we ordered. Having worked in the service industry myself I can understand when you get in the weeds and things are busy. Not once were we addressed for our wait times or the lack of service. I have been to many tea shops throughout Colorado. This was by far the worst high tea I have experienced as well as the most expensive by half of what I have paid at some places. I do not recommend Lynn’s tea house.
