Stopped in on our way home to Colorado Springs from glenwood springs. I had the chicken sandwich with grilled chicken. It was delicious. Juicy and the cheese was melted perfectly. Had tots for a side which never disappoint. My girl friend had the adult Mac and cheese which also did not disappoint. It is very good. Good cheese, the chicken is good, always have some to take home and finish later.
Don't be fooled. This is not a new restaurant. This is Flying Pig dba Mac N Wings.
This place has a fun atmosphere, with indoor booths and outdoor seating. Our sever was friendly and attentive, with a solid knowledge of the menu. The food is just fine, perfectly edible, though nothing remarkable. Nice cocktails.
The Adult mac and cheese is the best!
good burgers and beer....
Great quick service at lunch. Burger cooked perfectly! Definitely worth the stop when I’m in town.
This is a tough one. The food is generally very good, with some unique combinations of taste, some way outside the box. Many not to my personal taste, but others have been very complimentary. Everything I've ever ordered has been excellent. My big gripe is service. Even when they are not busy, service can take forever... And NEVER order ice cream... The process for that doesn't seem to exist. Value is typical... not cheap, but not too expensive either. If they ever solve their service problem, I think they'll be great.
Pigs be flying!!! This was a nice melody of a meal for me. Who would have thought that Bleu cheese, pears, date jam, and pecan bacon streusel would have tasted so great. I'm glad you're close by, next time I'll come to you.
I read the menu online and it looked impressive. We arrived around 1040 AM, which is 40 minutes after it was supposed to be open, only to be told they weren't serving brunch because their cook just quit. We came back at 11 and were seated promptly. The staff was courteous. My wife had a chicken sandwich and it tasted like it was fried up in 2 week old oil. My Rueben was horrible, with the meat almost like a rock in several places. The famous onion rings were also friend in 2 week old oil and the breading was falling off. The onions were stringy. The Rueben and Onion Rings are supposed to be famous according to their in house ads. If this is their best, it didn't cut it. Sorry.
So good! I had the chicken bacon ranch Mac n cheese. Husband had a burger, daughter had nacho chips. We also had a beer cheese/pretzel and a bucket of cheese curds. Everything was delicious. Be sure not to get the cheese curds if you don’t like spice. Our total was like $60.

Very loud, diners have to yell to be heard over the noise of the music, lots of tv sets and lots of young children kicking up a fuss. Parents drinking beers to deal with that chaos, and just an unpleasant atmosphere in general if you're looking for a bit of peace and quiet and a relaxed meal. Menu can only be accessed with your cell phone. Chips and salsa served with no plates or napkins and a tiny disposable cup for salsa @ $5. Slow service; waited 35 minutes for a Reuben and fish & chips. Limp fries, super thick & chewy corned beef like the type you'd make in the crock pot except not tender, and soggy fish that fell right out of the batter. Food is served in plastic baskets with one piece of paper on the bottom meaning your food leaks all over the table. Makes me wonder if they have a dishwasher on the premises? A mess of a place in general.
Have been there twice now and both times have had delicious food! Their 4 flying pig tacos "yum" and their bacon wrapped dates ?! Friendy staff as well!
