The so-called new “GM” might need some additional customer service training. Today, while picking up my pizza, he was talking to an older gentleman ahead of me. He was very kind and mentioned that he had just taken over the store due to its bad reputation, adding that if the gentleman needed anything, he should let him know. However, once the gentleman left, the GM pointed at me without any greeting or acknowledgment. I told him I was there for a pickup, and he handed me the pizza and said, “Have a good night,” in a tone that felt forced. The difference in how he interacted with customers was noticeable. Do better.

I order from this location often. Usually take out. I always order the same thing. The last time I was in, Erin was working the register. I have never seen her in there before. She was very sweet. I had asked about what else was good to order and she recommended some other things on the menu that I may like. Overall it was a pleasant interaction.

The pizza was even better this time than the first time we ordered from Marcos and although I don't usually post reviews I wanted to thank Chris for going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us tonight.

service here is awful. Foods fine but considering I had to go back two times to get what I paid for is ridiculous and then the employee attitude when they wanted to see the receipt which showed him we did in fact pay for it was absolutely wild. Get it together

Distegard this review because they would not honor the "credit" the ownergave me,
this is updated below.

Marcos pizza called me today and really went out of their way to hear me. They agreed that my order should have been better and offered to make it right. I know in my previous review I said I wouldn't be back, and it still might take a little bit of time for me to try them again, but after talking with them, I have to say I'm impressed with their response and will give them another try soon!

Companies that still care about customer satisfaction are becoming like dinosaurs so for the fact that they went out of their way, I'm willing to try again. I USED to eat Marcos all the time so let's see!!! I just hope they remember me by the time I try then again! Anyway... thanks for handing that will Marcos!

UPDATE: when attempting to redeem the "credit" I was given to make up for the incorrect order, no one knew what I was talking about. They said the owner was there, (supposedly this is who called me and gave me the credit) but they either wouldn't ask him, I'm not sure what the fan was. So I called back and now l the young girl who answered said please hold we ate very busy (your a pizza place I know you're busy) and now I've literally been on hold for 18 minutes they just won't pick up. Just don't waste your time or money with this store, they sure made it sound like they eye doing to take care of this issue but it's pointless if you just put me in good and don't even record it that you have me a credit.

I wanted o give you another chance and like you but I'm afraid this was a fail ask the way around. Dominoes is way better

I try to avoid door dash and Uber eats and all those other delivery apps. I ordered from here under the impression they had their own delivery drivers. They don't, they use door dash, and my food arrived half an hour late, barely warm and the pizza box had been opened. My food had clearly been tampered with. They don't take any precautions against some rando digging through your food. Had to throw away a whole pizza. Never ordering Marco's again.

The food here has historically been fine, particularly when they first opened this location. But just tonight the delivery driver brought the wrong pizza order which affirmed why we last ordered from here more than two years ago. He retrieved the correct pizza but it took 30 minutes to do that. He provided two extra garlic sauce cups for the trouble…

The wings are simply not good, IMO. Weird texture. The buffalo sauce is weak and not very flavorful.

I gotta give store 6046 right by Littleton Blvd. and Broadway an OUTSTANDING review because of Jesus. I walked in close to 30 minutes before closing time and he was the most polite and helpful person I've had in food industry in a long time. He walked showed me options when I asked what I wanted and walked me through pricing as well. Fantastic individual and interaction. 15 stars to that gentleman
*Edit* Ate my normal 2 slices, might go back for another 3.
