This was our first time visiting Marcos. The pizza was legit for a large chain. We ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico. Instead, we got a sausage and black olive pizza. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we got home. I called to ask for a refund but was told that wasn't possible and the manager would need to try. I provided my contact information for the manager, but they never called.Look, mistakes happen, that's okay. How you handle those mistakes is very important. This poor customer service is the reason for the poor review.

Avoid this Marcos! Ordered pepperoni magnifico, got maybe 25-30% of the pepperoni as shown on menu. It's obvious this franchise doesn't care about upholding standards, and ignorantly thinks skimping on ingredients is the key to profitability. I'll never order here again. By saving yourself $0.50 worth of pepperoni, you've lost a customer forever! BTW... Forget about sending me your canned we're sorry response. Your low rating and number of poor reviews over time prove your apologies are empty!

DO NOT ORDER EXTRA TOPPINGS. A large pepperoni pizza is $9.99 but if you order 1 extra topping it goes to $20.00. So a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños is 20. A pepperoni magnifico is 12.00 which is a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni….BUT if you get a pepperoni pizza and add extra pepperoni….$20.00. Total rip off. The pizza is great. If you pick up it’s fast. The people are nice. But two 2 toppings pizzas and cheese bread came to $50. They didn’t give me the total when I ordered over the phone or else I would have got something else. Not cool, Marcos.

Pizza has always been amazing and there have been plenty of easy to find coupons and deals to save some money. My issues have stemmed purely from the service being on a steady decline since it's opening. First few times I went were great, but the past few times have had more and more issues with staff inattentiveness and sometimes pure laziness. Past three times I have not been given the side sauce I requested on the order, with this last time when I checked before leaving and asked the employee for a cup of sauce they were confused beyond belief. They didn't no you could request sauce on the order, they didn't know where the sauce was, they didn't even seem to get how they're supposed to put the sauce in a cup! They loitered around trying to figure out for almost a minute before asking their coworker how to pour sauce in a cup! Probably didn't help that he had earbuds in the whole time and had to be asked everything twice.

Just avoid ordering here. Says 15 minute pick up takes 45 to and hour. Staff when asked who is managing the place says they will be in tomorrow. Guess the owners don't care. Maybe Marco's should consider taking over this location as they can't make pizza quickly with 5 employees.

Take out, I ordered the Large Pepperoni Magnifico. Total cost of $13.64 with promo. The old world pepperoni is excellent! Crust and sauce were OK. About on par with Dominos but with a better price tag!

Husband picked up our pizza and when he got home we noticed it was drowning in grease and still raw dough. Call up there and the lady acted like I was lying. I will be getting ahold of the general manager or corporate.

I was excited to get pizza from here when it finally opened and I realized this week it opened. I got it today and it did not disappoint. The dough is so good. The bread sticks are the best I've had at a pizza place and I combined them with the Mike's hot honey dipping cup and it made them even better. Pizza was great and so were the cinnamon bites.
Well I guess the days of 30 minutes or less for pizza delivery are long gone. Had a really rough experience on my first try with this newish location in our area. Had two pizzas and a salad delivered and it was 1 hr 45 mins from online order to when it showed up at my door just a few miles away. Beyond that, toppings were wrong, salad showed up with no dressing and given how long the wait was, pizza was lukewarm at best. They apparently outsource delivery to Door dash which lots of places do, and that was part of the delay, but the hour before door dash was even involved is hard to excuse early on a Sunday evening.Won't be back, too much competition in the area with solid, on time pizza delivery to put up with this poor service, incredibly slow delivery time and bad order accuracy. Sorry as I had high hopes for the new spot.

Edit: I'm knocking off 2 stars because since having gone back multiple times, today I ordered carry out and tipped only to have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes while the only employee on staff continued to pack orders while mine sat on the counter getting cold. When I finally did receive my order I was told they were out of soda and was only given a "sorry" no refund, no coupon, no nothing. So enjoy the tip I gave you as you've now lost my patronage.Have you ever had Pizza Hut or Dominos and you've wondered to yourself "why isn't this better"? Marco's Pizza is what you want Pizza Hut and Dominos to be. Their prices are on par with the more well known chains, but their food is infinitely better.

Our pizza looked like it was thrown together and it was not cut correctly. The chicken was spongy and some sort of hair on his pizza. Quality has gone down since opening. Very disappointed

Wow this is what we ordered Large Half & Half Pizza First Half Deluxe Original Crust, Pizza Sauce, Base Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushroom, No Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Extra Cheese, Second Half Deluxe Original Crust, Pizza Sauce, Base Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushroom, Onions, Green Peppers, Jalapenos, Extra Cheese, We got onions on all of it. Jalepenos on most of it. No black olives no extra cheese and undercooked. Yeah no thanks for $36 isn't worth it!
