The ordering kiosks are all out of order--meaning that the line to order with the ONE person at the register takes forever. Then they get your order wrong, try to give it to someone else, and tell you to be quiet when you tell them that the bag they're trying to give away belongs to you. In other words, another normal Thursday at McDonald's.

The place is slow but I'm patient and it's in a convenient location for me. However, the crew i seen tonight were positive and friendly despite it being busy ( and it looked like maybe there was 2 of them there) it's easy to give in to the stress and brood but that kind of friendliness during that time warrants the 5 stars from me. I'd like to shout out Angel and the lady (I didn't get her name) for exceptional service.

This is not the best McDonald’s in terms of service speed. The restaurant in highlands ranch is way better. We came here a quick breakfast before a meeting and we nearly missed the meeting - 10 minutes seems like a long time to wait in a fast food restaurant for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns with two iced coffees.
We’ve been here 3 times and they are just as slow for lunch’s and dinner.
However at least this time the restaurant was clean, which is a big improvement over previous visits.

I work close to this location and only frequent the location due to the closeness to my work location. This location always seems to have an excessive wait for food. I frequently foind myself spending more than 2/3 of my hour lunch break waiting for them to finish and get food out to me. I keep telling myself that maybe its just a fluke and keep going back I probably would be better finding something else. Make sure you have time to wait...
Honestly if I could give a zero I would. Food is terrible the older male at night is terrible. There is a McDonald's off bellview that actually has their lobby open until a normal time. I used to be a regular at this mcdonald's. They allowed you to order online and walk through the drive through to pick up your order. Tonight was a wildly different experience they hungup the phone on me 3 times. Didn't answer in the drive thru. First cashier amazing. 2nd cashier treated me like a thief older male when I SHOWED him my app where i was almost hit by multi caes they dont care enough to keep you safe wbile your giving them money. Dont waste your money on terrible management goto the Belleview store. This needs to be corrected.
