I came in to get something to eat and used the “table service” option when ordering. The manager and staff refused to bring the order to the table, even though it is part of the service offered and required under ADA accommodations. They said they were “too busy” and didn’t have to do it, which is completely wrong.
I am deaf and cannot hear names or numbers being called, so table delivery isn’t optional for me, it’s an accessibility requirement. I also witnessed a blind family being told to get their own food and drinks because the staff was “too busy.” That was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
This location needs proper ADA training and correction immediately. If this happens again, it will be reported to the Department of Justice. Customers with disabilities deserve to be treated with respect and accommodated according to the law.

Been here a couple times between the guys of 10am-12pm and everytime I've been here the people are just so rude and you end up having to repeat yourself 5 times

I'm happy it's clean, but that's about all thats good about this place. I've been going here for a while just because I live nearby, but not anymore. It always takes like 20 minutes to get your food and I swear sometimes they just forget about you until you go up to the counter to remind them. And if you don't use the kiosks to order, the staff is terrible with the register and will always get your order wrong. Plus the food is always gross and the fries are soggy, every time I go to the other McDonald's just over on Bellevue I get 1000% better food, just go there, the little bit of extra distance is worth it.

For the past couple months I’ve noticed a change in this location the customer service has been top-notch I really enjoy everyone I communicate with there great job
Most awful experience ever. Used poins for an item only to be charged a fee after taking my 6000 points for the so called happy meal. Management rude and disrespectful will be posting the videos from my glasses camera soon

Great place for lunch or dinner . Staff was friendly and in uniform with name tags .store was over all clean and bathrooms were clean and stocked.

Actually had a pleasant experience at this McDonald's. Everyone was nice, got my order right the first time and everyone seemed to enjoy their job. Wish they where like this at tyne McDonald's near or house.
