I went to this location today and halfway through my burger I noticed there was a hair in it. It wasn't my hair either because it was cooked into the burger. I will not be returning to this location.

We ordered a double cheese burger *only ketchup and got everything but ketchup on it. It was cold and tasted like the meat was old. Customer service was terrible. The fries were old and stale. Employees have bad attitudes, and I question the line cooks capabilities to execute their duties to ensure safe food is going out, or read instructions properly, giving the quality of the food we received.

They asked for my code while dealing with another order. When they put the code in it told me on my side that my code was received. But then when they finalized that order and started my order they put the same code in and it told them that the code is expired. So they asked if I had another code…… NO I don’t you just used it and messed it up so now I have to wait another 15 minutes for an employees incompetence. I asked if they would be able to resolve/ honor my deal since they messed it up on there end but the manager just kept telling me that I had to order something for my code to work. It is obvious that McDonald’s does not know how to train their employees properly. That also includes MANAGERS

This McDonald's has a great big playplace for the kids. They love to come here when the weather isn't conducive for playing outside. The staff is friendly and the food is normal.

Need some better workers here. You can order and guy in the drive thru in the evening has an attitude. You can ask them how their day is and they ignore you. If you hate your job so much don’t work there ???
5 stars just for the beautiful kind soul in the drive thru today. She told me she worked 14 hours and has 2 jobs!! And she still treated me with respect and kindness. I had a cheeseburger with extra pickles, Diet Coke no ice, and fries no salt. Not going to lie if I worked 2 jobs and 14 hours I would not have been so nice. But she did that, so period girl I love you! Keep going! ?

It's a mcdonalds definitely one of the better ones. Food comes out better than most other mcdonalds, and if something is wrong with the order, they are kind and friendly as long as you are kind and friendly as well
