Food is trash, atmosphere sucks, and the service is overshadowed by the fact they try to extort me for my change EVERY TIME, ATTEMPT TO GET ME TO SURRENDER MY PRIVACY THROUGH THEIR APP, like I don't have my own kids college to pay for? I'm actively boycotting ANY business that asks for donations, asks for tips when they shouldn't, or asks me if I used their stupid app.

Vegetarian options: These jerks don't even offer a grilled chicken product. Or a salad.

Got 2 $5 meals. Asked for them to be cooked fresh so they told me to wait in a parking space.. 10 mins later they brought me cold fries and everything else. Had to go right back in and instead of help. They were too busy talking to each other in spanish they just looked at me as if I wasnt there. Never again.

It's a McDonald's. Everyone is too busy to greet you. It is understaffed and the food is not worth the price and wait time anymore. Stopped in for the $5 meal deal just to see since I haven't been in years. I'm done with McDonald's. Hopefully more people will follow suit.

They forgot packing the drinks for me,22:20pm drive thru picked up,then they close at 23:00,tired to ask the drinks back

The worst fries I ever had! Absolutely disgusting! Does not seem like they change their oil there!

They also messed up my order and gave me a wrong sandwich. Stay away from this location!

The food was good. The restaurant was clean. As with most McDonald's these days, very little interaction with staff. We used the app to order.

I placed an order on my app for pick up. I got there they said my order was not placed so I placed it again. And they still told me I have no order for me although I have the codes and debit from my Wells Fargo debit card TWICE. So I left and went to another Macdonald. I didn’t get even bother to add in my rewards cuz I was hungry. The manager here is like really dumb. U had to pay again at the 80122 Broadway location which had no problems except all this wasted time and gas. This is bad!!!

The pompous arrogant drive-thru person doesn't know the app deals and tried to force me to buy an extensive item I didn't want. They said the item I wanted wasn't included but was clearly shown on the deal description.
