Not to be that person but speaking and understanding English really should be a pre requisite for working the drive through when I can’t even order the items I want because they can’t understand is a little ridiculous.

I was in the outer drive through lane and the other lane was open, then a car went to inner lane, they were helped, and then another car in the inner lane and they were helped, then 2 more in the inner that was helped. Maybe they should put a sign that said " don't use outer lane"if they aren't going to help you. Had to go inside
They have removed all human interaction from ordering food.
They don't care about you.
The most anorexic "big" Mac I have ever seen, and thrown together like they were actually mad at it.
I went thru the drive thru, then went in to return the atrocity with no refund.

I went shopping at that store and it made me very embarrassed because I asked them if they spoke Spanish and the very rude cashier told me no when I heard how he spoke, I asked for my order and they gave me super raw food and very stiff bread. .

Went to go in but doors were locked. Says on the door that seating is open until 11. Was not a holiday or another reason why they had there doors locked.
