I usually don't leave negative reviews but I have to say this is one of the worst mcdonalds in littleton. I've lived in the area for years and every time I try and give this location another shot they blow it. They screw up my order EVERY TIME. It sounds dramatic but its no exaggeration, they literally can not get an order right, especially through the drive through.

Very awful customer service Joe, they chose not to help customers that needed refills on drinks. They weren’t helping DoorDash customers they weren’t helping anybody in the front and there was 12 employees back there. I mean come on somebody can help the people in the front like this is ridiculous. I’ll never go back there again worthless people.

this McDonald’s restaurant is nice, the lobby is very clean, and the food is always consistent. *However* It takes anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes to receive your food. I thought it first that I might just be a one time thing, but every single time I come, the wait is very long. I also thought that maybe it was just the difference of ordering to go vs dine in, but no matter what it takes a long time. there doesn’t seem to be a shortage of employees either? I’m not sure what’s going on. but the lobby is very nice.
