This is basically a drive thru only location and the food is as mediocre as all McDonald’s locations are. What makes this one stand out as particularly bad is our experience November 26th 2025. The drive thru moved extremely slowly. For at least 10 minutes it was at an absolute standstill to where teenage kids got out of their cars and played around waiting for the line to move again. Despite moving so slowly the location STILL gave our order to another car who already had their food and left with their free extra dinner. This was not a one off problem that night like a need to make a new batch of fries at the time so everyone having to wait. When we went later in the night we had the same problem, extremely slow service unlike anything I’ve experienced at a McDonalds before. There are too many other locations in Littleton to give this one your business

Most of the time they are on it. Recently all of your employees avoid the front counter. Your employees are missing things off of orders and forcing the costumers to wait additional 10 min just to talk to someone about food that was missing that was already paid for.

I went through the drive tru and I asked for a few things but one of the things I asked for was a hot n spicy with Big Mac sauce and cheese and this is probably the third time I’ve ordered this specific item and they just gave me a normal hot n spicy with no cheese and no Big Mac sauce I really wouldn’t mind a normal hot n spicy without my extra requests except but instead of telling me they can not full fill my request they charge me extra for the extra things on the hot n spicy and then they give me a normal hot n spicy without giving me my extra requests, give me my extra requests or tell me you can not full fill request but do not charge me extra and then give me a normal hot n spicy in my opinion this McDonald’s has ripped me off

I don’t write reviews, don’t even know the last time I did. But this McDonalds forgets something in our order every time. Not exaggerating, every single time, they forget something.

This McDonald’s deserves serious credit. Every time I stop by, the staff are friendly, upbeat, and quick to make sure everything is right. You can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly — even when it’s busy, they stay polite and professional with every customer.
The food is always hot and fresh, which is honestly rare for fast food these days. Fries are crisp, burgers taste freshly made, and my order’s consistently accurate. The dining area and drive-thru are both kept clean and organized, which really shows how much pride this team takes in their work.
It’s clear the management here genuinely cares about the experience. Whether I swing through for a quick breakfast or a late-night bite, they’re always dependable and kind. It’s that level of consistency and customer care that makes this location stand out from the rest.
Seemed a bit cold as they use the kiosk ordering and payments can be made there, too. Then they bring your order out to you. I wasn’t able to order chocolate milk for my granddaughter and my Sprite was just carbonated water—even after I told them and asked for a new one. I also asked for a receipt since the kiosk didn’t provide one, but they were unable to provide one. Disappointed overall!

This place doesn’t even deserve one start! Food was COLD. I went inside the store I was looking inside and the manager present I’m sure his name is Jesus seems tooooo friendly with the girls working! HIS AN OLD GUY I did not like him. I sure will not be coming back here so awful ! Please have more mature people working, AND THAT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL PLEASE.
