They have a sign on the drive thru saying they don't tolerate verbal abuse of employees. I can only assume they needed to put up the sign because they take forever, and still can't give you the right order so they get a lot of disgruntled customers. They need to take notes from Chick fil a.

Hardly ever have issues with my food and when I do they fix it promptly! Usually wait time isn't longer than 5 minutes during lunch even when it's filled with high schoolers.

I keep thinking over a 2 year period it's going to eventually get better. The order is incorrect, the drive through is more like a crawl through but the staff are nice. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months like normal, but hopefully not.
