Hardly ever have issues with my food and when I do they fix it promptly! Usually wait time isn't longer than 5 minutes during lunch even when it's filled with high schoolers.

I keep thinking over a 2 year period it's going to eventually get better. The order is incorrect, the drive through is more like a crawl through but the staff are nice. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months like normal, but hopefully not.

Every time I come here it's a disaster. Our orders are routinely not correct and when I go inside to get the food I actually ordered they catch an attitude with me. Especially the bald manager with the mask. He is one of the rudest and most disrespectful managers I've ever come across. I work in customer service and was absolutely appalled by his attitude. Don't come here if you're looking to get what you ordered by a kind and courteous staff
7:28 p.m. I just got back to work. However, I went to this McDonald's for dinner and waited for 10 minutes in line, inside. I have my mobile app already loaded. I counted five people behind the counter and nobody acknowledged us, the lady in front of me said she was still waiting for her food. I thought that maybe McDonald's would be busy because of the .50 cent double cheeseburger. However, none of the staff even acknowledged us at the counter, they wouldn't even look our way. So, 3 times, I called out for somebody to assist us. Then a older lady said something to us about they need to fix it but never clearly came up to us and told us what she meant. I was frustrated and disappointed and decided leave. To top it off, I returned to work, late 🫤
