Mi Cocina Mexican Restaurant

Not impressed, let’s backup a bit, in the past mi cocina was one of my go to Mexican restaurants but lately and this has been the second I have had a disappointing meal. I ordered 2 chimichangas to go and got 2 regular smothered burritos , not deep fried burritos like a standard chimichangas is which takes the burrito to a different level. In a way it was being sneaky by trying to slip in a regular burritos, now granted I order 2 and the mistake happened twice. My wife ordered carne asada or I call it (carne a grisl) every bite was a grisly nightmare to my wife’s and I teeth. What happened to the quality we used to love coming here and by the way this is the second time it was not up to the Mi Cocina standard

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch here today. We ordered and the food came out piping hot. The quesadilla and combination plate was delicious and cooked perfectly!!! Betty, our server was wonderful and so polite and patient with our questions about the menu! Shes such a delight! 5 stars highly recommend.

I have been there A time or 8 and Norma is Fantastic! She makes sure we are taken care of and keeps the tacos flowing! I will definitely be back and asking for Norma!

Only had an hour for lunch. Got seated immediately and had my food in 10 minutes! I had the shredded beef burrito and house margi. The BEST house margi I've ever had and the burrito was large, messy, and tasty!

Service was perfect - friendly and fast.

Pro tip: Be sure to ask for the little bottle of super hot sauce if you like it spicy!

Incredibly tasty food, chips and salsa were very fresh and perfectly white boy spicy. Waiter was swift and very friendly. Fajitas do not come with rice but that was my miss. Overall very good.

Great staff, great location, always easy parking just wish they were open later to drink at.
