7/4/24- They claim to be a Starbucks but they charge way higher then a normal Starbucks and then they add addition charges that Starbucks never do. Like they charged non-dairy ingredient for a drink that wasn't supposed to have dairy or coconut milk in it. The guy was just hitting buttons to charge me more.

I came here once before and I took me some time to realize it’s not a Starbucks! They use the Starbucks logo to get more customers! Don’t go here!

Unpleasant service, we received the wrong order. The waiter wanted to rip us off by paying more for a cup of ice. The lady had a problem with giving us a straw and they put wrong milk in one of our coffees... which caused us stomach pain.

i'm a starbucks partner ( and barista trainer ). seemed like a hardworking lady making the drinks but i got a brown sugar shaken espresso and they made it with full pumps (that's double sweetened) so when I tasted it I asked them if they could remake it with half pumps and they said they knew how to make it and no. Sometimes people don't know that shaken espressos get half pumps, so if there's full pumps in the bottles you need to put 3 pumps instead of 6 otherwise it will be twice as sweet as the recipe wants. was too sweet mannn. Really tried to be respectful when I explained it soooo what was the point of that i had only drank a sip of it for $7

Awesome and authentic sandwiches, so good! And some coffee with it makes it a perfect breakfast for under $10

Really takes care of customers. The bottom floor is a little better, but both are good.

Great place to get your coffee fix! The owner is so kind and his drinks are delicious. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service a teen boy with blond hair was working when I went to order a grande pink drink with no ice ! I asked for a separate cup of ice and he charged me 6$ and gave me a half full drink it was ridiculous! When I demand a refund the boy lied and said he had refined the drink when he really did not! Don’t go here! Just drive to a real Starbucks this place is a rob!!!

This is not a Starbucks. Bad drinks, and incredibly slow service.

Terrible service. Gave a tip, the computer rang it in for 2 dollars extra. Employee was unwilling to refund the extra and laughed it off.
