I frequent this store. It’s really the only smoothie option in the area. I think they have good ingredients. It’s a bit over priced and the service isn’t great. Often long waits and there has been times where staff has seemed annoyed rather than glad to have business.

Takes way too long to get 1 item made. I get it, this place is very good and popular, but you need another employee during the day to reduce wait times. I get here with 20 minutes to spare and still not long enough. Even the order ahead option doesn’t always work. I’ve still had to wait after my pick up time had come and gone.

Came in here for the free smoothie offer when you download the app! We were excited to try it. Apparently, you need to wait 48 hours before it kicks in, however. I’m not sure the managers understood that they were about to gain a customer and decided to lose one instead.

The juices are tasty and the service is friendly. My only complaint is that wait times are long. I think they just need a faster system or something because I feel like waiting 20 minutes for 1 juice is a little excessive. I understand it gets busy and places are understaffed so I dont blame the staff for this, but considering this has happened nearly every time I visit any location of this company, i think its just am efficiency problem. I tried ordering ahead and when I got to the store, i was told my order hadnt come through their system yet so i was gonna have to wait. Only to ask again 3 minutes later and a different staff member found my order already made, in a place where the previous employee didnt look. Please train your employees to check if someones online order is already made befoee telling them to wait because if i hadnt asked again myself, i probably wouldve been waiting for several more minutes before anyone noticed. Also, the prices are tad high too.

Went in today and the line was almost out the door so I knew I was in for a wait. Nice gentleman was helping me at the register and was very knowledgeable with all my questions and requests. I got my açaí mango bowl out in a timely manner and was worth the wait. The person who helped me also went out of his way to make sure I was all set when handing me my bowl and a spoon and wished me a good rest of my day!
