I'm super bummed to see the poor reviews here. I think the sheer volume of online/delivery style orders that go out really creates the perception that the service is slow. Hopefully management can step in and figure out a better way to run this location.. However, the team is always pleasant, smiley, and working diligently. The products that they create are always beautiful and delicious. I hope they stick around because this is one of my favorite ways to treat myself.
Please bring back the Pineapple Matcha! My goodness that was an amazing flavor pairing.

Very good Chia seed parfaits and smoothies. The service here is so slow though. I don’t like how they make it in the back to where you can’t see anything. Like other reviews say plan on at least a half hour wait for anything in the menu. Hopefully they can get a good manager to manage the place

Not accommodating to allergies which is honestly wild as a spot that claims to be health conscious. Management literally told me they aren't good about cross contamination or sanitization. Disappointing to say the least.

My son and I went here for the first time and the smoothie was very good, but it took 30 minutes with hardly anyone else waiting. They prepare everything in a back room so you can't see what they are doing, but seems like a really long time when they aren't even cooking anything. We really liked the drinks though, so we decided to try it again a couple weeks later. We will never go back. It took over 40 minutes this time and they made us the wrong drinks. I took a taste and it had banana. I don't like bananas and my son is allergic to them, so we went up and the girl said the accidentally made us strawberry banana smoothies. She asked if we wanted to keep them and seemed annoyed when we said no. They said they would remake them. It took over 30 more minutes to get the new ones. They kept giving others who came after us their orders. I finally had to go up and ask and again she was annoyed. It still took 15 more minutes after asking. We had a steak dinner next door that took less time to order, make, and eat at a sit down restaurant than 2 of the same flavor smoothies took here. They also were very expensive and after they remade them they tasted different than the first time we got them. I think they forget the cashew milk. They need a Manager there that cares about service. No one even apologized for the error or wait. I sure wish I didn't tip first. I would give zero stars if I could.

We order from here often and always love the smoothie bowls but sometimes the wait just isn’t worth it. We waited 30 minutes for 2 smoothie bowls this morning. I understand weekend mornings are busier but the staff seemed indifferent and irritated when I asked for updates.

The pure diligence that goes into every item you order here is outstanding. Everytime it's made fresh and delicious. Yes it might be a longer wait and sometimes they are out of products but it's beyond worth the money.

The service is terrible. It took over 30 minutes for 2 smoothies that are overpriced.
Stopped by after my workout to get a protein smoothie. Was good just pricey. Which I get, it was super healthy and the staff walked me through the menu.
I usually place my order ahead of time for pickup, but unfortunately, my order was once again not ready at the promised time—I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes. This has happened several times over the past few months, which is really frustrating.
What’s also disappointing is the overall customer service at this particular location compared to others nearby. When you walk in, there’s rarely anyone at the front to greet you, and more often than not, you have to actively get someone’s attention when they eventually come out from the back. There’s little to no eye contact or acknowledgment, which doesn’t create a welcoming experience.
This store had a much better atmosphere when it first opened, but the service has definitely declined over time. I continue coming back because it's the most convenient location for me, but I genuinely hope to see improvements in both timeliness and customer interaction.
I don’t mean for this to come off as overly harsh—I just wanted to share honest feedback in the hope that it helps bring about some positive changes.
