November 22 at about 30 minutes until this place closed Me and my family came in, and the staff was super rude showing that they were closing and kept repeating themselves that they were only taking cash As if they wanted us to leave anything we asked for seemed like we were such a burden More of the Super young man, who was this made it seem like we were being rude by showing up 30 minutes before close!! Not to blame the company or location in general, but would definitely not recommend 30 minutes to an hour before close It was very unpleasant There like we were doing something wrong

I love this place and we take our kids here all of the time but today was very disappointing. We got in and we're immediately met by a religious group trying to hand out pamphelts and church related material. We simply wanted to get some froyo and not be bothered. I can't belive they would allow any religious organization to do that inside of their business.

I don’t enjoy doing this but I will have to do it. I’ve been going with my friends to this place quite often but I will stop going. I feel very sad and disappointed by the way one of the girls working here treated me this evening, around 5pm. I was in line ready to pay for my yoghurt behind another customer who was paying. Once the customer left, the girl working there went to help some other customers who were wanting to get toppings. That was fine with me. However, after helping the customers with their toppings, she came back to the cash register and my yoghurt was already on the scale and I was standing there waiting to pay. She asked the other customers if we were together and the costumers responded “no”. She then removed my yoghurt from the scale, without saying anything to me, and helped the other customers. I was shocked and in disbelief that she would do that. I waited until the customers left and then I confronted her and asked politely why she did that, and that I was there standing in line before those other customers. She started telling me that she can only help one customer at the time and that there is a line and it goes in that order. I informed her that I’m aware of that and that I did wait in line and that what she did was not cool and also that I would like to speak to her supervisor. She continued talking loudly over me and I couldn’t say much. When I mentioned that I would like to speak to her supervisor, she answered rudely “well that would be very mean of you”. What in the world is going on? Have people forgotten what customer service means? I worked in the retail & food industry for many years, but I never dared to treat a customer like this. Mistakes happen, and that is why I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But after she responded to me so rudely and disrespectful, I decided I needed to write this review. These girls definitely need to be retrained. I love the yoghurt but too bad because I’m not going back there.

Great customer service but very disgusting dirty men's bathroom. The toilet is the only thing that gets cleaned. I've been visiting over past 4 months and not one time has the walls or floor been cleaned. I've got picks to back this up. No hand soap...so totally disgusting unsanitary. Literal grime on floor and walls around toilet that could be scraped up w a knife and will take 3 degreaser dirt grime treatment to just get to the tile...ive got the pics to back it up so please get the kids to do some real work. Thank you

The girls who work here are extremely rude. I asked for cherries and when they scooped them into my cup l could see a long blonde hair on the tongs. When I told them they refused to change the cherries out or even remove the cherries to look for the hair. It totally grossed me out.
