Genuinely a gem! Sushi is the freshest with amazing sushi chefs that always cut impressive sashimi. The restaurant is always immaculately clean, their prices are more than fair plus they always feature specials on more unique /seasonal selections, and the entire staff is genuine, kind, very prompt, and knowledgeable if you have questions. We've been back many times including with our young daughter, who they dote on and take care of. Definitely worth a try if you love sushi but have high standards š£ ā¤ļø

The shrimp tempura appetizer was enough for a small meal. The lunch specials are great for the price! It was not busy when we went for lunch on a Monday.

Used to come here a lot with previous ownership. Had quality food and quality rolls but it seems the food quality has gone down. Had a nice server and it was nice and quiet.

I ordered a delivery here through DoorDash and it was accepted, confirmed, charged, and even said the restaurant was preparing my order. Only to find out 30 minutes later that youāre closed by my dasher.
Ordered chicken rolls and veggies roll The veggie roll was good the chicken however ,had a horrible over powering and way too much sauce put on top of it. Not to mention the rolls were completely falling apart.

Iāve been going to Sushi Mango here in Highlands Ranch for years but it go a little pricey since COVID. I didnāt even know Ninja Sushi existed, apparently itās been there for about a year. I was a little skeptical on quality just because of the price. $14.95 for 3 rolls, a salad and miso is a great deal and extremely hard to find. I was pleasantly surprised- the quality was great and the rolls were super full (you know how a lot of places just give you mostly rice). The service was very good and the place was clean.
