The place was completely empty, and we put in our order, got it really quickly considering that I had ordered chicken parmesan, and it was delicious! The staff were really kind and hospitable. This made the whole place seem like more of a nice restaurant.

ordered online order took an hour to get here delivered to the wrong building walked around whole complex to not find it called noodles said they couldn’t do anything about it and they couldn’t give me a refund so i then called doordash said they would redeilver but then we waited another hour then called doordash a second time said it was never sent to redeliver and at this time it’s already 11pm the store already closed so we couldn’t get our food anymore doordash said we only could get a refund by emailing noodles and company cause they are now closed and they couldn’t get a hold of them but like that should’ve been solved by my first phone call not my 3rd. i just wanted my food or my money back and i used up a reward that was like 2000 points that took me forever to get and i can’t even get those points back and that was my last couple dollars, like i like noodles and company trust i like the food when it’s done right but every single time they’re forgetting something or giving me the wrong orders and there’s just no way of getting a hold of them.

Is it just me, or are Noodles & Company locations in Denver and the surrounding areas going downhill and fast?
The bathrooms are disgusting, the tables are dirty, and the prices keep climbing (seriously... $5 for a soft drink??).

I recently dined in with a friend and we were served our meals in plastic to-go containers, even though we were eating at the restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing with these containers, showing just how much waste is being created by serving dine-in customers this way. This is the second Noodles and Company location that's happened to me in the last month.

They have good noodle dishes. Bonus for this location - it's next to a cookie shop! Good for families with kids or if you want Italian but don't want to sit in a restaurant for an hour or more. It's fast casual, so service is basic and the atmosphere is corporate, but if you want a good meal in a reasonable amount of time, it's a good choice.

I do not recommend noodles for a person who is wanting a gluten free option unless you get something with a lot of flavor, they no longer sever the pipette noodles which is still offered as their gluten free option both online and in store, and the noodles they have replaced them with have absolutely no flavor. It is very disappointing. They do not tell you they are substituting or have replaced the pipette noodles until after you have gotten your order and ask about it. I am happy they can say they are gluten free, but they have no flavor the pipette had some flavor to it, with these I feel like I am eating mush. There should be no reason that the only thing I can taste in order is the chicken. I used to love noodles but now I just can’t find myself to want to eat there anymore.

ordered for delivery. chose gf pippette shells and got a corkscrew pasta? not sure if this was a gf noodle change or if i received regular noodles. also forgot my drink, so lost money. thanks

We went to get good at dinner time on 2/5/25 and the whole experience was poor. When ordering we ordered the BBQ mac, 1 potstickers, 1 buttered noodles. We got charged for an extra potsticker order and an extra mac and cheese. Then we got told they were out of butternoodles and we need to chose a diffrent option. Then the manager spins and talks to someone that ordered 10 mins after us saying they have their butter noodles now.

Apparently you have to double check your orders. We had an entire meal left out and had to drive back to get it. Then they had to make it again cause it was wrong. The manager/corporate person just sat on their butt and enjoyed a drink with his friend. I could see that staff was stressed and the manager just sat there and enjoyed himself.
