Usually, I'm all about "Noods & Co!!" Tonight..not so much. placed my order online to be ready a half hour from then. Pulled in the parking lot 2 min til it was to be ready. Now of course, it can fluctuate by a couple minutes but tonight it was 20!! 7pm hit and it said my order was ready on my phone. I actually watched it, sitting there, 3 bowls stacked up getting cold for 20 minutes, waiting on a single baguette. Myself and a few other people that were held up on the same thing all this time were told, "The oven takes time" Came home to slightly warm noodles all the way around. All 3 dishes were so dry at that point. Eww..gross and a waste of time and money.

Wow I am on complete shock. The very big guy with the small pony tail was extremely rude. Did not acknowledge me and when someone told him I was there he yelled VERY LOUDLY I DON'T CARE to his Co worker. I am still like freaked out that a person like that is working with the public. Canceled my order and walked right out. Never going there to this location again because of him.

Rude customer service didn’t give the delivery guy my drink and they wanted me to come pick it up, why did I pay for delivery. Honestly the food isn’t good either, have to order extra cheese sauce to make the mac and cheese good.

This review is for pick up. I’ve given it a few tries to make sure it’s not a single occurrence but have had a few instances where pick up orders were not complete as ordered (and on the receipt). Examples: extra protein paid for but meal was served with zero protein at all, potstickers received with no sauce, missing kids drink, etc. Recommendation to check your orders thoroughly before leaving for pickup.

The staff are friendly and sweet. The dining room is dirty and, for expensive mac and cheese, we shouldn't have to order extra sauce, but we do because it's dry if you don't. And the last 3 visits, we got home and food we paid for was missing. It used to be good, but I'm not going back ever again.

Guys come on... I tried giving the benefit of the doubt, but this is the second time we've received rotten lettuce for salads. I'm done...not even bothering to finish this meal since I keep having to pick out half of everything out of this bowl.

The place was completely empty, and we put in our order, got it really quickly considering that I had ordered chicken parmesan, and it was delicious! The staff were really kind and hospitable. This made the whole place seem like more of a nice restaurant.

ordered online order took an hour to get here delivered to the wrong building walked around whole complex to not find it called noodles said they couldn’t do anything about it and they couldn’t give me a refund so i then called doordash said they would redeilver but then we waited another hour then called doordash a second time said it was never sent to redeliver and at this time it’s already 11pm the store already closed so we couldn’t get our food anymore doordash said we only could get a refund by emailing noodles and company cause they are now closed and they couldn’t get a hold of them but like that should’ve been solved by my first phone call not my 3rd. i just wanted my food or my money back and i used up a reward that was like 2000 points that took me forever to get and i can’t even get those points back and that was my last couple dollars, like i like noodles and company trust i like the food when it’s done right but every single time they’re forgetting something or giving me the wrong orders and there’s just no way of getting a hold of them.

Is it just me, or are Noodles & Company locations in Denver and the surrounding areas going downhill and fast?
The bathrooms are disgusting, the tables are dirty, and the prices keep climbing (seriously... $5 for a soft drink??).

I recently dined in with a friend and we were served our meals in plastic to-go containers, even though we were eating at the restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing with these containers, showing just how much waste is being created by serving dine-in customers this way. This is the second Noodles and Company location that's happened to me in the last month.

They have good noodle dishes. Bonus for this location - it's next to a cookie shop! Good for families with kids or if you want Italian but don't want to sit in a restaurant for an hour or more. It's fast casual, so service is basic and the atmosphere is corporate, but if you want a good meal in a reasonable amount of time, it's a good choice.
