Noodles & Company serves undeniably delicious pasta with bold flavors and a great variety of dishes, but the prices are outrageous for what it is—just pasta. While I enjoyed every bite, it’s hard to justify paying such a premium for something so simple. If you’re craving good noodles and don’t mind spending more than you’d expect, it’s worth a visit, but prepare for some serious shock at checkout.

Every time they mess it up.. this time I get home and there's a unknown piece of something in the pad Thai. Went in there Saturday Nov 15th at 3pm. This has to be fixed. Im not paying for this trash

3 friends and I just walked in to order food (in the door at 9:01 and they close at 10) and no hello, no smile, just “ugh people are here” and my other 2 friends were walking in as the employees said “ugh and there’s more coming in”. Not to mention, the floors were already being mopped at this time, with no caution sign in sight. We ended up not ordering and walked out, got in the truck and they’re waving and giving a thumbs up. Extremely dissatisfied by simply just walking in to the restaurant.

It's a very large chain of restaurants but I wanted to applaud my local store. We ordered on the app and specifically chose this location and somehow our order got routed to another store. Once the people at this store found out the error, they offered to re-make our food here and get us out the door fast. They didn't even know we were in a rush to get somewhere but fixed the problem and got us our food exceptionally quickly.
They are always kind and the store is kept clean and ready for more customers. Thanks for being awesome.
Vegetarian options: We're vegan and we typically get the Japanese Pan Noodles and add tofu. Their tofu is dense and well flavored to the point that meat eaters might not even notice.

Food was delicious and exceeded what you pay for at a “fast food” establishment. I got the pan noodles with tofu…so good. I’m picky about tofu so that says a lot! I’m mainly writing review for the customer service. The checkout lady and gentleman helping around in a black shirt were so kind. I don’t expect much from a restaurant that is kind of a grab and go. So, having been asked if I needed anything else, apologizing for the food taking longer than usual (which it didn’t), and helping me dispose of my utensils. Thank you to the night crew!
Outstanding service, had a complicated order mix up. The Manager fixed everything ,and really made my experience better. The positive passionate attitude is contagious. Thank you for the service, ill be returning and it was a pleasure.

The manager ( I think he's the manager ) actually cares for his store. He didn't refuse to help me instead he really insisted that he help me when I came in earlier than I should. He was pleasant and it was refreshing to see great customer service nowadays and see him cleaning the store so nicely before opening.
