Noodles and Company is a chain restaraunt that provides pasta and some Asian-style dishes. The taste of most dishes is just average and mainly good for students or those looking for a fast food takeout meal. The ingredients used are basic and generic, but the service is good because the meals will be ready in 10-15 mins most of the time.

Stood at the register for almost 5 minutes waiting to be helped. It appears online orders were far more important than helping my family out at the registered. This location clearly prioritizes online orders vs. dine in patrons.

Worst noodles and company I have ever ordered. Bad enough for me to never want to use them again. I ordered pad Thai and there was no sauce. The dish was extremely dry and the noodles were rock hard and it seems like they were only boiled for a few minutes. Food is very expensive now with inflation and when they feed your garbage like this, it makes you upset. Avoids this location like the plague.

I order delivery from here every day and they’re usually great, but last night I ordered and my food didn’t show up ever. I called and they said it had been picked up 40 mins earlier. My door dash driver stole my food and they didn’t pursue further action. They said that if I placed another online order right away, even though it was just after they were closing online orders, they would make sure it would get delivered. It never did. I spent $80 on 2 orders that never came. I haven’t gotten refunded. Frank Feldman, your frequent customer, will NEVER be ordering from you again.

I ordered my Mac and cheese with extra cheese sauce because I don’t like my noodles dry, and when my food came to my surprise it was sooooo dry and hard to even chew. I called the location i ordered from and talked to the manager and told him he needed ti make it right, he told me no he didn’t. Never again will I spend money at this place. I paid for food they messed up and can’t even eat it and they won’t fix it. Just plan bad service and food

Pretty disappointed. Ordered Uber eats and I paid 5$ to add grilled chicken and there was literally 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Not worth the price at all.

I’m not sure what the lady’s name is. But I see here almost every Thursday evening. I can’t see her name tag. But she always seems to go above and beyond. She works hard. She had great costumer service. She really puts effort in making the meals delicious. She really makes this noodles and company. I hope this company keeps her happy so she stays there. I enjoy coming to this noodles and company compared to others because of her. ?
