Nothing Bundt Cakes

Ordered online the dozen bundtinis . Got a variety of flavors . All of them were so delicious and pickup was right on time . Employees were all super helpful and friendly .

The two gals working there yesterday are extremely rude. Very poor customer service. They need to learn to keep their attitudes to themselves instead of taking it out on customers.

Was worried about ordering for my husband at a different location than I usually do. Hopefully the cakes taste ok.Sometimes the message on the card is more important than the cakes- I had an ‘unusual’ card message and was ready for it to be incorrect- which was fine! I went back into the store and politely asked for a replacement. Olivia was very polite and helped right away. However they weren’t able to “get the printer working”- so my new message was handwritten. In my opinion it’s just unprofessional, I’m sorry. I understand issues with electronics happen but they should be able to be figured out. It was my FIRST TIME getting a card message with my order too- won’t be happening again.Only giving one star because like I stated earlier I usually go to a different location closer to Centennial.

Extremely rude. We have never been in a place like this before and the cashier took it upon herself to act like we were complete idiots. I guess since they make enough money that they give zero cares in the world when it comes to being friendly and well a decent person. At least I can share my experience on my social platform and get the word out that there are way better places than this. Never again.

The manager and employees at this store are extremely rude, maybe they need a refresher course in customer service?

I ordered a birthday cake for my sons girlfriend and it turned out soooo cute. The cupcakes are so yummy as are all size cakes. The red velvet is what I got for her. But I have had the chocolate and the vanilla cake too and they are all delicious. Don’t forget to sign up for the customer rewards program so you can get a free bundles on your birthday!!

Had them a few times, usually very tasty. This last one we got had two big black hairs sitting on top of the frosting before we even opened it. Of course, we were already home by the time we noticed. Waste of $6.Edit: honestly it's more like $25 wasted. We bought 4 cakes. Now we have no appetite to want to eat any of them knowing the first one we opened contained hairs. Now my wife is in a horrible mood because she's been looking forward to her cake all day and now is grossed out by looking at it.C'mon people, how hard is it to enforce the use of hairnets. Ridiculous.Edit 2: called about it and they gave me a full refund, and even offered total replacement for free which was kind.

I bought one of these earlier in the day after walking my dog around the lake. I'm not a cake person but was craving something with cream cheese frosting. I was greeted at once by a kind young lady behind the counter. She offered her favorite suggestions after I picked the red velvet I wanted. I picked confetti from her suggestions and while checking out, she offered to add extra icing. To which, I laughed and declined."Do people actually get extra icing on a fattening cake I feel guilty eating a bite of?" I thought to myself.Later that evening, my date texted and canceled. So that red velvet bundlet, a scoop of Tillamook cookie monster ice cream became my date. And I really wish I ordered that extra icing.

We ordered 5 different cake flavors for our wedding. Our 75 guests raved about the dessert and ate all the cakes (8 dozen and the two-tier wedding cake)! For $25, Nothing Bundt Cakes delivered to the venue and helped set up the dessert table, which helped make our lives easier! Would recommend for any occasion. I'm a teacher, and they are also a hit at staff parties. (Note: we added our own flowers to the cake pictured)
