Sadly, Oak has closed permanently. Relaxing and delicious. The shop has a great vibe, great coffee drinks and pastries, and an array of breakfast offerings including burritos and egg patties (no bread). They also have bubble tea if that's your thing (not. The panini are tasty, but I'd like to see some fruit and salad options, too.

I really want to like this place but 2 of my last 5 drinks were messed up and drove 15 minutes from our house in Stearling ranch today got their 10 minutes before they closed at 4 and they had their doors locked and were cleaning up inside. Will need to loon for some place more reliable.

It is unfortunate that breakfast burritos are previously prepared and warmed in a microwave, also the bagel egg and cheese sandwich is microwaved! Worst breakfast we have had in a long time. I wish there was a place to get a freshly prepared breakfast in the area on a Sunday- unfortunately Rosa's was closed on Sunday and this was our choice. Last time I was here was probably a year ago and it was not good, I had been hearing great things lately and thought maybe some changes had been made, if so it is not in the food category. Will not be back.

Just love this place. I've been going since they opened. Julia is the sweetest and Marco is amazing, along with the rest of the employees. By far my favorite coffee shop (I've never had anything I didn't like, but I usually stick to my ‘usual'), and when my sister is in town-she always wants to stop there and get the turmeric latte.

The coffee here is better than any other place I've ever had! Every time I go in, the lady working the register is so easy to talk to and super nice. I've gotten the smoothies, lattes, breakfast burritos, pastries and more, and all of it has been so tasty. I would absolutely recommend this place rather than any other coffee shop in Roxborough!
Nice viable local alternative to Starbucks, equal or better in options & quality & friendly service. Great, uplifting quotes on walls (including men's room).

Oak is a very nice, casual, local coffee house with great food and drinks. We like the almond apricot scone, the chorizo burrito and the bagels with cream cheese. It's a nice place to grab a quick coffee and scone, but it's even better place to sit back and relax.

Went twice for coffee/cappuccino. First time was a great coffee (on a Sunday) and would give 5 stars. Second time (on a Tuesday) was a different barista (a lady this time - perhaps owner?) and coffee was average. Milk was too hot/burnt and espresso was watery. Disappointed but the first time was great (one of the better coffees I've had in my 5 weeks travelling through America). Prices reasonable.

4 stars because they stare at you while you choose an amount to tip on their computer screen... I guess they expect a tip before they even do anything? Not sure I understand that one... super uncomfortable/awkward. Cute place though. Lots of choices.
