I ate here last night and got an upset stomach afterwards, maybe because they leave the food out all day and don't change it as they should?

I ordered 2x Chowmein and 1x Orange chicken with the 1x Honey walnut shrimp and normally I don't mind the lack of meat considering I get 2x Chowmein in the plate but when I saw it was all cabbage and celery I was so disappointed and I swear to God the ratio of cabbage to noodle was 3-1 and celery 2-1 there was no actual noodles and as for the protein I obtained 4 pieces of orange chicken and 3 pieces of honey walnut shrimp I was so disappointed considering Im pregnant and that was all I was craving and majority of the Chowmein was cabbage and celery when I was so excited to eat panda after awhile same with the lack of protein even tho it makes you pay extra for honey walnut shrimp just to get 3 pieces :(

Absolutely perfect teriyaki chicken rice bowl. The service was great. The restaurant was very clean and the food was even better. Five stars to this restaurant for excellence

So don't pay any attention to the service or the atmosphere.I ordered from uber eats, but the food was horrible.The rice was hardThe teriyaki chicken was not even chewable.It was so dried out.I must submit the walnut shrimp wasn't bad.That's why I gave it two stars, and the worst thing of all was the chicken roll that I couldn't even bite into.It was so hard I'll never order from this place again

Excellent cook at this location. I live in Thornton and always drop into this location after my volunteer shift because the food is great.

Hot orange chicken was definitely burnt. I asked if thats how iy usually comes and the line cook said yes. I did try to eat it and it definitely also tastes burnt, dry on the inside and you cant taste the chicken because its burnt. Tge white rice almost never tastes fresh and today was average to not have fresh white rice. The burnt chicken was more of an issue for me, I did get a stomache ache from it and im honestly having to get up and leave the resturaunt because I feel like I am getting sick.

doors locked at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night 2nd time this has happened to me. Customers knocking to get in a few left staff let 2 ppl inside . When you are open we are always waiting on food to cook they make your plate have you sit and they forget about you and your food for 35 mins. This has also happened when they park me through the drive thru staff said they would bring food to car they forgot the doors were locked had to re-enter the drive thu food still wasn't made 20 mins later after initsl 15 min wait asked for a refund . Evening is the worst time to be at this location

Customer service at the cashier was not so good, woman gave us bad looks and turned the soda machine off when my friend tried to get water, then had to turn it back on with the Bluetooth remote just so he can get water and then proceeded to give bad looks. Food is really good as always๐
I ordered a bigger plate and then was not given what I wanted. then when I reiterated what I had asked for from the beginning he said โitโs too lateโ. I know it would have been easy to cancel the transaction and get me the correct order. I just was so anxious during this whole interaction as have been feeling terribly weak and low energy. -an anxious human who didnโt get what she ordered

Got orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp with fried rice. The shrimp (which is an upcharge) was super dry and chewy, the orange chicken was dry and chewy and the rice had a ton of hard pieces. Whole time I'm trying to eat I'm picking hard rice out of my teeth. Definitely a disappointing 25 dollar meal.
