I have ordered twice now through DoorDash and both times I have gotten the chow main and honey sesame chicken and I have gotten the bottom of the bowl on the noodles. I barely had any and they were small little pieces and I am not happy about it.

My son's baseball team was having a fundraiser, and while I'm not a fan of fast food joints, the service personnel at this location deserve the the rating. There were probably 50 people being served as we arrived, but we got through the ordering line in about 10 minutes. We ordered the family meal to feed two boys and myself. One dish ran short of filling the box they use. As we were eating in the restaurant, one of the servers came over with a small food box and said it was for the one item they ran out of to complete our partial food box. I never would have expected that from a fast food joint. Food is okay, but they excelled at the service.

They apparently like to pick and choose who needs to show confirmation. The only time it becomes policy is when you question why you can’t just give your name like the last person that was in and the 5 other times we have been in. Felt a little discriminatory this time around. After reading other reviews, seems to be the normal for this location.

10 out of 10 Panda Express. The whole time I was here my guy greyson was crushing it. (Definitely needs a raise) panda is lucky to have an employee as hard working as him.

There's one tall dude who's always friendly and the short dude they brought over is awesome. The old lady who says nothing to her customers and scowls at them is super unprofessional. Waited in line with only one group ahead of me for five minutes and didnt even get acknowledged. For a fast food joint they are damn slow.

The food had obviously been sitting out for hours when we got there, which normally I am okay with. However the beijing beef was chewy and almost inedible. The orange chicken was lukewarm at best and was apparent that it was no where near fresh. I wouldn’t have minded the food being that way since we came in an hour and a half before close. But the customer service was the worst part. The lady that served us seemed to be the manager but you wouldn’t know based off of her customer service skills. She was extremely rude and when I told her what I would like with proper manners she angry shouted “what?” instead of being kind or saying “i’m sorry what was that?” She barely put any protein in my boyfriend’s food which was quite surprising compared to what I am used to for a normal panda express experience. When it was time to pay she simply walked away without telling me if the card reader was ready for me or not. Then once I had paid she left the food on her side of the counter and just said “here”. I felt awkward grabbing it from that side because that is supposed to be the employees side of the counter but oh well. While we were eating I saw her treating an older gentleman with the same attitude and was very aggressive towards him as well. Pretty disappointing experience overall. At least the place was clean though.

Ordered string bean chicken with super greens. I was advised it would be a 10 minute wait unless I want the broccoli. I said “no broccoli and I will wait for the green beans.” My meal consisted of 2 teaspoons of chicken, a few green beans, a large stack of broccoli and a few greens. Definitely not what I ordered. AND THE MEAL WAS COLD!! I called five times and there’s no answer. I will not be back there again.
