Shay went above and beyond for me. Great communication, super reliable, and the results were even better than I expected. I’m grateful for the care and detail—five stars all day!

The food was absolutely terrible. The staff didn’t get the food right the tables are filthy. The benches are filthy. The carpet is filthy.

The only thing I can say is that the French onion soup was pretty tasty other than that the sandwiches were horrible. Missing items also from the delivery. I won’t be returning

The manager working was very rude!! We placed an order for two bagels and the manger red shirt looked like she was in her 40s was rude and snappy to her coworker. Says just tell him in a very hostile voice we are out! The young kid was very nice! Something needs to happen when a company allows aggressive management to oversee a team! I felt really bad for the team member working. What piseed me off the most was she rolled her eyes at me and my daughter and had no apologies! I will not be coming back to this location and will not continue to do any catering business in the future!

Pay $20 for soup and they never give us the croutons for the tomato soup

Even though my order was ready, the employees kept me waiting in the store for a long time. The store was not busy, yet the staff’s attitude and attention toward customers were terrible. This is the worst Panera Bread location I have ever seen and where I received the worst service.

I’ve been here at least 20 times over the past 20 years and they always do a great job. Especially the hazelnut coffee. About a year ago all of the Paneras revised their menu and it’s better than ever.

I feel like Panera has gone downhill nothing specifically bad I just feel like it used to be better years ago like the early mid 2000 up until like maybe a couple years ago and then it got worse so it got worse and it got more expensive which that's just not a great combo everything is more expensive so kind of sucks when the quality isn't just doesn't seem as good as it used to but nothing in particular I do like the green lemonade it's pretty good

I was in a hurry so I stopped at this location and ordered a sandwich to go. When I got back to the office to eat my lunch the bread was burnt on one side and I couldn't eat it. Make sure and check your to go orders before you leave the restaurant. A $10 sandwich went to waste.....

Overall fast, friendly service and good broccoli cheese soup. Sugar cookie with frosting was dry, so disappointing especially for it being $5. New croissant sandwich was OK. A bit dry and expected more meat and cheese for a $9 sandwich. Spending over $20 for lunch, not including a drink, is too steep. Please offer more specials or go back to where pick 2 was actually a deal.

Ordered a “You pick 2” 1/2 sandwich with a bread bowl for $21. No bread bowl received and got the ends on a bread loaf for my sandwich (which I understand happens) and the sandwich was tiny, but what shouldn’t happen ontop of that is the size I received was a cup not a bowl($2.99 extra). Wouldn’t be the end of the world to not get the bread bowl but at least give me the right size I ordered. I barely eat at this establishment but when I have I never get this type of trash service. Thanks for making a quick buck off me never going here again. Thanks. Tell if you’d pay $21 for this tiny cup and sandwich and I’ll stop.

Three of us came into the restaurant today and were attended to by Rosa who could not have been more helpful. Told us what was in each item, which cheese was used and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and a credit to the team !! ⭐
