Came in and had to wait for absolutely no reason. 15 minutes after coming inside and standing infront of the cashier no one approached, go to a different location skip this one, the 2.7 stars make perfect sense.

What’s wrong with people? I order a pizza and come to pick it up. They literally started eating my order in the corner of the restaurant. And almost gave me part of my order. That’s borderline criminal. Unbelievable. I guess it’s hard to find good help. Never go here.

So, I ordered a 80$ worth of food and its supposed to be delivered 45 minutes to and hour and fifteen are order never came to as when I called a store and they told me they cant find my apartment when closing manager offer a free pizza and a Wing and I accept it on the and it took additional 2-3 hours for order to come pizza was cold same as wings I gave them a grase and worked with the situation. And today I decided to order that free pizza and GM WAS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE HE BESIICLY TOLD AS THAT WE LYING AND HANG UP ON ME TWICE! SO THIS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO A HIGHER MANAGEMENT AND CONSIDERING TO FIRE THAT GENERAL MANAGER.

This location is a joke. I ordered a pizza 90 minutes ago and was originally told that my order would be at my location 60 minutes ago. When I called to see what the issue was, they had cancelled my order due to an address issue. They didn’t inform me - I had to call them. The manager offered to have the pizza sent out at no cost. The manager, Tyler, stated it would be to my address in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I call and ask where the food is and he states that door dash driver just got to his location and they are at the mercy of door dash so he doesn’t know when it will be to my address. As I express my frustration, he tells me he is voiding my order and to call HR to complain. Well done Tyler! Take no accountability for your mistakes or for your errors in timing. Tyler sucks! Go elsewhere!

This is absolutely the worse Papa John's I've ever had in mylife, the pizza had no sauce or cheese, the cheese sticks had absolutely no cheese, I even gave a $20. Tip for the worst pizza experience I've ever had in my 40 years, beyond disappointing 😞

Delivery was 30 minutes early, delivered through Door Dash, and the driver didn’t follow directions, went to the wrong location, didn’t speak English, and was not able to follow my directions so I had to go find them. Papa John’s did not offer any remediation.

“As soon as possible” = 1.5 hours later by door dash.
“KIDSEATFREE” coupon means $43 for 1 pizza
….and even after all that…. We got the wrong pizzas! What a disaster.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the employee named Marcus at the Papa John's located at 9227 E. Lincoln Ave suite 400 Lonetree, CO 80124. Not only did he display poor customer service, but he also exhibited bias, discrimination, and sexism towards me as a Delivery driver. Along with the many other factors creating a hostile and unsafe environment. More often, than not, when I receive an order from this location I am waiting 20 to 30 minutes beyond the pickup time for an order, which in turn reflects poorly on delivery drivers, and creates a poor experience for the customer, which is an entirely different issue that critically needs to be addressed as they are clearly understaffed. All and all It is simply outrageous and unusual behavior for a representative of any establishment and reflects poorly on the store as a whole.

During this incident On 6/22/2025 Marcus refused to provide necessary information, such as a manager's name or owner's contact details, and canceled an order without a valid reason, simply because he did not want me to take the delivery, then proceeded to state the order was too big and couldn’t make it anyway. Which is untrue as the order only included 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. This not only affected my ability to do my job but also negatively impacted the customers who were waiting for their orders.

This incident is part of a larger pattern of unprofessional behavior from Marcus, and similar issues have been reported to the delivery plateform. His actions reflect poorly on Papa John's as a business, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a positive experience to avoid this location until the management addresses these serious concerns.

I hope that this review serves as a warning to others who might encounter similar issues at this Papa John's location. It's crucial that businesses prioritize professionalism and ensure that all customers and partners are treated fairly and with respect.

You guys need to get it together here. I’m a DoorDash driver. DoorDash gives me a set amount of time to pick up an order. Why do I have to wait 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time? You know I’m not paid by the hour, right? I’m paid by the order. It only takes one messed up delivery like this to screw up my entire shift. If you guys want to pay my rent, my car, my car insurance, and all my other bills, by all means, take all the time you need. But if you don’t want to pay all of those things, I suggest you get it together.
