Haven't even finished eating my food, but needed to leave a review. Best rice noodle bowls and pho I've had probably ever. I asked for extra basil and they delivered...heavily! Haha super nice staff as well. Cute little restaurant owned by a family. Definitely support this place!
I have tried most Pho places in Littleton. This is the best one. Great stock, lots of noodle, lots of great tasting meat, veggies. Portions are more generous than at most other places. Now, it's a bit of a hole in the wall with respect to decor and ambience, but if you want the best Pho, it's the place to go.
Food was delicious. I got the chicken pho rice noodle soup. Broth was a bit sweet. Loved the onion's in it. It came with basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno slices, and lime wedges, to add. Server was a lady. Very attentive and kind! Restaurant was, clean. I Would love to come back.
