This has been a go-to for years. Unfortunately, over the last several months the quality of the food has gone way down. It started with the freshness of the veggies, which was hard to accept. But recent experiences with nasty, old chicken and pork spells the end of a years-long family favorite. Too bad.

First time eating here we are new to the area and was craving Pho on the cold night, Mostly we were bummed at how small and bland the soups were for the price we paid there was hardly any noodles and meat, a lot of the Brussel sprouts were turning brown. I also noticed our spring rolls were not made traditionally with rice noodles but mostly just stuffed with lettuce that was browning and again hardly any shrimp. The peanut sauce was nice had great taste and texture but just a disappointing experience overall that left my stomach upset.😢

My wife and I get a to go order from Pho 9 about every 6 weeks or so. The quality is good and consistent. We would order much more frequently if they hadn't raised their prices so high. $20 for a combination noodle bowl and pho is $15-$18, for lunch (after tax, 'togo fee' (?!?) and before tip). This is generally consistent with the other Vietnamese places near us, but compared say to Chinese food it's twice as expensive for not as much food. We go out on average twice a week for a meal, and the opportunity is there for much more frequent trips to Pho 9.

It’s unusual to find a restaurant now days that’s busy like this one. I continuously have seen this place filled with people. A true gem. Good tasting pho and it’s affordable. Staff is always a joy! I have been coming to this pho restaurant for 5+ years. This specific one holds an incredible customer base. I believe the reason is the quality of food and your dine in experience environment and last but not least the staff. Cheers! (They also sell beer 😏)

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because of how delish it was but I got charged twice for my meal and when I reached out to try to correct it - they’ve ignored me. (I ordered the food online and realized 20 min after I picked up on my card statement). The food was so delicious though.
