I think I have been going to Pho 92 for around 10 years. Prior to Covid, my place of work was very close, so we would often go there for lunch. Eventually, I started taking my family there and also frequently just ordering take-out. During Covid I think we probably got take-out once per week. Pho-92 remains as one of our biggest 'go-to' dine-in or take-out restaurants (including last night). The food has always been excellent. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. My family and I know we can always go there, be welcomed nicely and be served excellent food quickly. You can spend as much time as you want socializing with your group, but it is unlikely you will have to wait long to place your order or to be served. If you are thinking of trying this place, of course the Pho is great, but the noodle bowls are my favorite. #7b (noodles, rolls and steak) or #9b (noodles, rolls and chicken), but it's all good. Oh and you also gotta get the fried chicken dumplings. Thanks Pho 92. See you soon.

When I told the server that a bug in the water in two cups each , server didn't even apologize, just refill water and gave us. I cancelled my order in front of my children and left the place.

The price charged was 66% higher than advertised on the website!! Went to pick up order for three Boba smoothies and two lunch entrées and the bill was $65. The worker asked if I’d like a copy of the receipt and I said yes. Upon review, I noticed the smoothies were $7.50 each compared to the $4.50 that was advertised on the restaurants website. There was also an additional $2.50 to go fee. I asked the worker about the discrepancy, especially as this was three smoothies I had ordered and the price being charged was 66% higher than what the restaurant website indicated. I said I was willing to pay what was advertised. The worker indicated I would have to take it up with the owner who wasn’t there today. The worker indicated they had no flexibility to be able to honor the price advertised. As such, I left with no food and not paying for an overinflated bill. I will not come back here again despite having positive experiences in the past.

First impression was not great. Soup came out warm. The condiment bottles were dirty so I was unable to add more depth to the broth. The broth felt water down. I had to add salt to enhance the flavor. Portion size and meat portions was above average however I asked to substitute a meat option but was charged like it was additional.
