I have had pho many times from several places. Their tendon has to be one of the highest quality around. It instantly melts in your mouth. They are consistent with their quality and their prices are slightly cheaper than other places which makes me a regular here. Other places will serve tendon that is hard and chewy. Not pho 99. High quality only and is family operated so the service is great and always welcoming.
