Nothing here has flavor. The schnitzel tasted of nothing but grease. The “sauce” tasted like maybe cheese sneezed on it but a mushroom flavor was no where to be found. The pierogies were bland and unappealing. Drove over an hour and there wasn’t even a hint of spice or flavor anywhere in the restaurant. I wish would have asked for my money back. $34 and we threw our food away 4 bites in.

Coming from the Polish immigrant part of SouTex can attest that the Factory’s food would pass muster with the locals. Plump flavorful kielbasa, and pierogies are loaded and sautéed to perfection. Jak se mas?

All Polish traditional dish are good in this restaurant. Prices are not like a Monut Everest and clean is there. Only nice vibration is there.
The place is oriented to serve you with delicious dishes. The atmosphere is simple, but the food is wort coming. I stopped by on my way to the airport and the goulash I had was enough to split and eat twice 😂 They even have pre-packaged pierogies to go! Love that!

Straight to the point. No frills. Just delicious pierogies served fast and affordable. Usually get it deliviered, but happened to stop in. Well worth the time. Discovered the sell frozen pierogies you can cook up at home. Friendly service and comfortable atmosphere.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The kielbasa was wonderful. The feta and spinach pierogi was great. I also had 4 other flavors but they were all lacking flavor and I couldn't tell one apart from the other. With some more seasoning they could have been great because the pierogis were actually cooked perfectly!

Honestly, this was the worst meal I've had in a long time. Everything was dry and flavorless. I tried 4 different kinds of pierogies and they all tasted the same. Definitely not for me.

Fresh and healthy! You can’t have high expectations for counter serve strip mall food but the food here greatly exceeds the standard strip mall joint. The perogies were freshly made, the goulash had plenty of veggies and flavor, and the sauerkraut salad was thinly sliced and spiced up. I hope they open more locations!
