Walked into this Pizza Hut expecting the usual—cheese, sauce, cardboard box, maybe a napkin if I’m lucky. What I got was a damn masterpiece. A renaissance in marinara. A pepperoni Picasso.
Behind the counter stood a legend. A man with a goatee and beard that could only be described as majestic. You ever meet someone and just know they were born for greatness? That was him. The Michelangelo of mozzarella. The Da Vinci of dough.
This man didn’t just make a pizza—he crafted art. Every slice was a triangle of glory. Cheese melted with the precision of a sniper. Crust? Golden perfection. Sauce? Balanced like a samurai blade. I took one bite and I swear the clouds parted and a beam of divine light shined down on my table.
The pizza made my day better. Hell, it made my life better.

I door dashed a large order. Waited 2 hours never got my order. After speaking With my DoorDash agent, she told me. Pizza hut gave my order away already. Pizza Hut. Please pay attention when someone is picking up an order.

I tried calling and asking questions about the dinner box and the person I spoke to was impatient and would not let me finish my questions. I asked him why his tone was so bad, and he responded that he doesn’t have a bad tone. I asked another question and he cut me off mid sentence, thinking that he knew what I was asking. I asked him to let me finish my question and I attempted again to explain what it is that I was asking to be cut off again. I drove down to the store to complain and the manager was completely disinterested and much of the same cutting off my speaking to him!
I’m not a guy to complain much about bad service, but that’s because it’s extremely unusual. The did not have good hygiene either. He had dead skin all over his face and shirt. I had a separate issue at another Pizza Hut a week before, where a tried party delivery service brought my food without the change requested, and then stole the pizza!
They are apparently discontinuing the dinner box style pizza, and that is the only pizza that is great in my opinion, so I don’t mind this being last time ordering here but I suggest people go elsewhere.

We place an order with them last night around 7:00 and we had the dinner box light sauce on our pizza we asked for two things of bread and they gave someone our dinner box and we got someone else's would not recommend going there again they cannot get pizza right and the delivery person had an attitude

Got my order wrong told me to call back later and get a free pizza for the mix up, call back 2 weeks later and surprise surprise nothing to be found. I visit this location like 4 or 5 times a months. Honestly I’m kinda sick of it but my daughter loves it’s. The quality, the customer service, and the overall experience for this location has tanked. I will be going to a different location or possibly a different company. 1/10 do not recommend. Way to treat your loyal customers

I went here to grab quick dinner after my son's practice. I ordered the big box which includes 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and wings. Ian was working the register and handling the food. While placing my pizza in the box it slid off the spatula and he used his fingers to realign it in the box properly 🤢. He brought me the pizza like nothing was wrong with him touch my food. If this can happen so blatantly while I stood in the store waiting for .y food I can only imagine what happens with delivery or orders called in for pick up.

Made an online order and got double charged. Figured I would deal with that later, but when I called to check in the status of my order I was placed on hold to be transferred to a supervisor for some reason. No answer after 45 mins. Made another call and placed the order through the with the rep. No delivery. Not doing business with this place ever again.

I was super nervous to try this place because I haven’t had good Pizza Hut pizza in years. I ordered through door dash and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious like the old school Pizza Hut! I’m so pleasantly surprised, and will definitely order again. We got the thin crust pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, and regular bread sticks.
