We just ordered a few pizzas on the app - on the pepperoni pizza we requested "no cheese on half thank you" in the notes. The pizza we received had cheese on the entire pizza and only pepperoni on half. When we called the location to fix the issue we were told there was nothing that could be done because the note we left was confusing. Not sure how "no cheese on half" is confusing - it's a pretty straightforward four words. Very disappointed in the lack of care to fix their error.

Perhaps don't push for tips on carry-out. That is reserved for servers. Otherwise, descent but pricey pizzas and quickly ready.

Last time I came in, and ordered pizza here. Staff was helpful, kind and efficient. Pizza's were tasty. Made exactly the way I ordered them. Restaurant was clean.

The atmosphere was great. Went in an hour to closing and I was greeted with very good service. The gentleman that help us was very nice and went above and beyond to accept any coupons offered for our order. I wish I got the name. Thank you!
I walked in, and stood at an empty counter for about 5 minutes. (I'm assuming) the manager was sitting at his computer, with his back to the door. Another employee is busy making pizzas, this person looks at me 3 times without any acknowledgment. At about 4 minutes of waiting, another employee comes out of the bathroom, side steps to go around me, also without acknowledging me (I hope they washed their hands!!) then goes to the back to help the first person make pizzas. It isn't until I take one step behind the counter, to try and get the manager's attention, that I then was scolded by the first pizza making employee; "Sir! You need to step behind the counter!" I'm told this three times in a row. In my opinion, it shouldn't be the customers responsibility to get the employees attention, especially with a prepaid order.Bad service, dirty restaurant, this Pizza Hut has lost my family's business. It's a shame, it was our first time there.

Pizza Hut should not impose impossible metrics on their employees. Delivery tracking only works if the order is on-time. If it's late, they mark it delivered well before they arrive. What's the point of that?

Customer service is horrible. After having a bad experience, I'll opt for a different pizza place. Tried to talk to a manager but was consistently sent to the call center. Corey the driver was extremely rude and tried to insist that I lived somewhere I didn't. Call center tried to get a hold of them but, they took couldn't get a hold of the store. Horrible.
I'm so sorry I did not get a name, but a young man with brown curly hair took my order & he was the nicest, efficient, knowledgeable person. Give him a raise so he'll stay! Seriously, a very kind young man. His parents should be very proud.
