Pizza was delivered fast because it wasn’t cooked long enough. I used to swear by Pizza Hut!! It tasted awful. 😑😞

This Pizza Hut outlet is so old, the lobby is dreadful. The pizza was overcooked and have very little sauce. Its a shame since this outlet does SO much business. It is in desperate need of a look from Corporate Pizza Hut.

This location has basically stopped delivering pizzas on their own and uses DoorDash on a regular basis. I request contactless delivery and every time someone who doesn’t speak English calls me because they don’t know what to do. But then you can’t speak to them because they don’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish so there’s clearly an issue and Pizza Hut clearly doesn’t care any longer about taking care of their customers if they’re just gonna push them onto another carrier service to do a thing that you are built to do is to deliver pizza and you don’t even have a delivery driver
I ordered a pizza and wings from this location about a week ago and the WORST experience ever. The Pizza was overcooked, burned, hard and couldn't even bite into it. The wings were placed in a "to-go" container with about 1 teaspoon of sauce (not mixed) and the chicken was dried out. Filled out the post order survey and described this and NOTHING! No apology, nothing. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Pizza tastes pretty good! But uhhh look at this picture and tell me they didn’t cut a slice out and smush it all back lol. Unless their makeline skills just can’t make a circular pizza who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First time ordering from this store, we ordered 3 items for delivery, only 2 of the 3 items were delivered. Had to contact the store 11 times until someone finally answered if I waited for the auto attendant I would be transferred to the Pizza Hut call center, but they were unable to help with credit card credits or invoice voiding. They were only able to loop me back to the stores direct line, that again wouldn't answer until after 11 attempts. When they final answered i was greeted with "Chic-fil-A" how can i help. I questioned that and said I called "Pizza Hut", they corrected them selves, I found that to be odd. Told them that I had missing item from my order and simply asked to have the charge voided or credited back to me, after being put down several times as the associate consulted with whoever, I was told that they cannot do anything and I will have to contact the manager in the morning. I followed directions and once again, an hour after the location opened, i have to continue to call until someone answers, its been 5 times now and still can't get ahold of the locations store manager. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had from a reputable company. The items that did arrive was still warm and the timing of delivery was reasonable, however the food itself was underwhelming, ordered the new Hot Honey Pizza and probably won't order again, because it seemed be missing the Hot Honey portion, it was there but you would only get a couple bites of the ingredient, so in my opinion I wasn't impressed. Have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but this location may have turned me off from the brand, which is unfortunate and disappointing. I wish I could have provided a better review, but when you can't get any customer service, it is difficult to provide a positive review. I would be willing to change my review if Pizza Hut wants to try and correct this pain of a problem just to have the missing item credited back, not asking for a free meal, just want to pay for what I received. I believe that anyone would agree that is fair.
