Learn to put some damn chicken in the burrito, only put like 5 pieces in my burrito, shame on your employees.

So my boyfriend went to get me a food, and the young lady working tonight (02/09) put her heart and soul into this burrito. She loaded it with guac and all the goodies, but went easy on the pork as per my request, then she effortlessly mixed it around and wrapped it with grace. My boyfriend said he was amazed at her skill. She managed to do the impossible -- place an island worth of food onto a tortilla and tightly fold it into a glorious, neat buritto. This burrito is perfect. This kind of sructural integrity in a burrito is honestly foreign to me. I've never had an easier time eating a burrito; let alone a burrito that's this full. The ratio of beans to rice is perfect. It's as if this worker has the secret formula. Her generosity with the guac isn't going unnoticed. This girl has to a pro. Thank you, QDOBA worker. I salute you.

In all seriousness, this location nails my order every time, and the food is always good. I hope my review made someone giggle :)

This location constantly gets my order wrong. Always order double meat and for the 3rd time even though its paid for they "forgot".... Also cut the veggies. It's not fun trying to eat a 5 inch long pepper

This location is super clean, love the people that work here! Amanda is an amazing manager and deserves every bit of acknowledgement she gets! All of the staff is super friendly and kind, they communicate well with each other and the service is exceptional!

It was great service, but upon leaving the restaurant I did not feel good, perhaps undercooked food. I’ve noticed every time I eat at this Qdoba location I end up not feeling good. I will be Chipotle forever!

I went in for my first time at any Qdoba. Amanda working in the front was very rude, impatient and unwelcoming. I needed a moment to figure out what I wanted and she was tapping her foot impatiently. Told me “no” when I asked for salsa. I had to explicitly say “I’ll pay extra for it” for her to change her mind. She rang us up so fast without giving me the chance to order sides or a drink. I understand lunch rushes are busy time but when I came in, no one was behind me. Being courteous and taking one extra moment to ask if we needed anything else doesn’t cost you a thing and would’ve made the experience better. I won’t come back here.

The food is fine. The trash just outside is disgusting. I don’t think they’ve disposed of the trash in months. It may not be QDOBA’s responsibility, but it’s right outside of their building. It continues to pile up and is worse every day. It’s revolting.

I used to go to Chipotle for years, but after noticing the customer service and food quality going downhill, I decided to switch to the dark side ? (Good Side). Now, I’m a regular for a reason. The food is great, and the staff are even better. They make you feel welcome, which can be hard to find sometimes.

In my job, I train people at different locations, so I can tell when a team has good leadership. This place definitely does. Luke and Ashrey (hope I got her name right) always do an awesome job. Keep it up!

The last three times I have ordered from qudoba my order has been wrong. I ordered extra cheese with all three orders. The second order didn't even look like it had a regular serving of cheese. I can understand a mistake now and then. Three mistakes in a row is ridiculous. I won't be ordering from you for a while, if at all. I deserve better. I really can't believe I have to edit my post because I have had two bad experiences with in an hour. My wife went to the store to get the order corrected. I ordered two bowls. One of the bowels was a lot smaller than the other. I proceeded to call the store and told Amanda about the situation. Instead of dealing with the current complaint she redirected me to the original complaint of not enough cheese. She told me that they are using a smaller label. I'm paying the same amount money and getting less product. This whole experience is pathetic. I will NEVER order from that store again.

If you are looking for half satisfaction then this is your place. They must be paid commission on being so cheap on their ingredients. Went in on 8/2 at 7:20pm and the gentleman putting the rice and protein went super light. I think a 3 year old could’ve finished this bowl. I’ll go to the other one next time. I can’t trust this place for online orders either as they screw it up every time. Wish they put their customers first opposed to their profit margins.
