Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great burger. Excellent selection. The fries were terrific. Fun atmosphere.

Red Robin is usually our family go to but the food was an absolute disaster. We ordered 5 meals all of which had cold fries, two of the burgers were basically raw meat on a bun despite being medium and well done. The chocolate milk our kids ordered was also just water and syrup. Our server was very nice but we wish he would have came through more so we could report the problems before the rest of the table completed their meals. I only gave the atmosphere a 3 because there wasn't too many people when we came in and we were way off in a corner by the server station

Always fun for dinner. They offer a few vegetarian options, no vegan besides salads. Service was great on a very busy July 3rd evening.

I love this red robin

The food is overpriced and there’s very minimal service. We had to ask for the bottomless sides ourselves and we only got it once, as no one ever came by checking on us or asked. The food portion is so small for the price and the size of the sides were minuscule. I can’t believe I spent almost $50 at such a place and still feel hungry. It’s sad that RR is no longer the place I used to remember and liked.

Love that they have a gf fryer and options! Service could have been better, and the fries could have been crispier but overall it was good.

Stopped in for burgers and a shake while out Christmas shopping. Our server was an amazing gal (wish I had her name). Food was served fast & was excellent. I left my debit card in the machine and I had no idea until the next day. After I panicked trying to retrace my steps and called the restaurant - they advised the manager had it in safekeeping. Thanks so much!

So very very disappointing and ungodly expensive!!!!
78 dollars for me, my mom and 2 small kids. I had a tasteless salad and my kids got a burger that was less than a cafeteria burger in size and taste.

After driving from Cincinnati, Ohio, this was the close place to eat. But it was terrible, the hostess was super nice but our waiter either didn't like our skin color or is just mean in general from the start, he didn't sound like he want to work on us, from drinks to the meal. He got one of our orders wrong, replace it with burnt hard fries. We didn't feel welcome so just got to go plates and went to pay just to find out that he added his tip of over 30 dollars for a group of 6!! My family has worked as servers and waitress before we're all about always leaving a tip, but even some people don't need a huge tip for terrible and rude services!!!
