Manager charged us twice for our $97 meal. Won't be back.

I ordered a salad, which cost over $16. There was hardly any lettuce. The chicken was cold and chewy like it had been sitting around for a while and the ranch dressing was warm!! Good thing I had my own dressing and at this point should’ve just preserved chicken strips because there wasn’t enough lettuce!! I will NOT order from this location again!! Very disappointing Red Robin!!

The service at this location is the slowest. We were there on Sunday evening and the place wasn’t even packed. I asked for a water without ice, had to wait 20+ min for it and the glass still arrived full of ice. The burgers were tasty, although their fries are not my favorite. We were also disappointed to find out that they don’t have Tavern burgers on the menu anymore.

The servers had an issue with my service dog being in a stroller and made me put him under the table with zero leg room. And since he couldn't fit all the way under the table, the server accidentally spilled overflowing drinks on him.
They did make sure my food was allergy safe though. I do love Red Robin for their attentiveness to that

We went here for an early dinner so were seated right away, asked for a booth and got one. Our server was very friendly and checked in with us regularly. The manager also brought our food and checked in on us, maybe because it wasn’t busy yet but still was nice. We always enjoy Red Robin burgers and sides, their onion rings are always tasty and well done. The burgers and sandwiches are also delicious and filling even if they don’t quite look like the photos. My fave is the California Chicken and it seems like their is less toppings than usual in terms of quantity but this could be because ours came on a plate instead of wrapped in paper and in a basket, which actually makes them seem bigger and more appealing for some reason. Overall a good experience and would go back again.

I started going to a red Robin in the early 80's. It was hands down my favorite restaurant. The fries, the burgers, the appetizers all fantastic. The restaurant was a fun atmosphere of eclectic and unique items. Now, it's just mass produced everything. This is what my experience was last night, but had been consistently my experience over the last 10 years, which is why I now go every 3-4 years rather than weekly, which I did for almost 20 years. Burgers are smaller (which really is fine), but they are dry and flavorless. Ordered the whiskey river BBQ burger, with pink. There was like 3 dots of sauce that you have to look for to see if they even put sauce on the burger. Over cooked, 0 pink. You order a basket of fries, which is bottomless, but you get like 10 fries so you have to order basket after basket. Meaning your waiting and waiting which is dumb. The fried zucchini was my favorite appetizer. It went away for years if not a decade or longer. I was excited to see them back on the menu. Gross. So oily, not crispy, just limp overly salty strips of mushy zucchini. I have eaten at RR literally hundreds of times. Now when I want a burger it doesn't even come up as an idea (sons idea, I even clarified if he really wanted to go to RR, or just get a cheese burger). Trying to be everything to everybody (pizza and seafood at a gourmet burger place) rather than just sticking to what made you famous. So disappointing. Guess I'll be back in another 5 years to see if they can figure it out. Until then, Cherry Cricket or The Castle it is.

Never had a bad experience here. The hot honey pizza is amazing, but they have become very pricey. Like $8 for a milkshake and almost $20 salads pricey.

Chain restaurant, goes through its ups and downs with turnover, as a usual chain restaurant does. Decent burgers and decently priced. Their new hostess is welcoming and friendly.

I enjoy their Banzi burger, with pineapple. The Teriyaki sauce makes the difference of such great taste. And the endless fries doesn't hurt.

The food was about what you would expect from a red robin, so pretty good!! I got the bacon n' bleu burger, the coconut fizz soda (I believe that's what it was called?) and I would personally reccomend both!! (Especially the soda, it was amazing!) The restaurant wasn't too loud for the time of day we went in (~4pm), and the staff were super friendly!! The general manager also stopped by to check if our food was good (which it was!!)
Bonus points added for the claw machines being well stocked, and relatively fair! :D
