Used to be our favorite restaurant chain, now I rarely go and when I do, I'm let down. The burgers used to be the best, now they skimp on them and everything, except the fries, is very salty. The fries are the one thing they haven't messed up.

It is outrageous the lack of common sense and blatant ignorance to dietary needs. I will not be coming back to this establishment ever! If you have dietary restrictions beware DO NOT COME HERE. As a vegetarian I ordered an impossible burger swapped for a real one, which was given the ok by the server, as I have not eaten red meat in 5 years. Yet when I received the burger I unknowingly ate red meat. Outrageous. And when I confronted the server questioning the meat if it was infact what I ordered I was told I had eaten red meat for the first time in five years, and she blamed me saying I didn’t not order the impossible burger. Ignorant. No apology. Just blatant ignorance. Later when I received the remake burger after voicing again the needs of being a vegetarian it came with a fake apology and bacon. Wow just wow. Disgusting overall the treatment from the servers and the MANAGEMENT was distasteful and shocking. Do not come here.

Had the monster burger, it was more than I could eat. Took half
Worst red robin we’ve been to. Took 20 minutes to get fry refills, never got drink refills our scorpion burger didn’t come with any of the fried jalapeños it was supposed to have. We had to ask multiple times for condiments. Absolutely worst experience. The manager came by and just didn’t seem to care at all. 3 burgers came out with things on them we asked not to have.

Great wait staff (Casey and Abby are our favorites) and Management team (Lynn and Nick). If only the lying host could see his ways. Second time we have been told servers had no tables, only to see server and they have a number of tables available.

The woman manager is extremely rude. Our food came out wrong and she acted as if it was our fault. No apology. No drink refill until we asked. The food comes out and the chicken was overcooked and the salad was wilted. I left hungry and felt stupid for paying for that awful food. I have actually come here quite a bit and I’ll never come back. That woman needs to quit or be let go. Thats now how you lead a restaurant. It’s unfortunate because the male manager is a great dude and very friendly. He runs things right when he is there.
