i love sams club, ive worked at sams club and today i had the worst experience ever. the girl wearing the pink shirt working in the cafe hates her job and is incredibly rude. i ordered a slice of cheese pizza, a slice of pepperoni pizza, and a churro. she rang me up for two slices of pizza but not the churro and then gave me the wrong pieces of pizza and blamed me for her lack of listening comprehension. if you hate your job so much get a different one.

A high quality neighborhood bakery. Small shop friendly service. I like to support local independent businesses and this one is worthy. My birthday cake go to! Worth the pennies more than the big boxes.

I paid with the scan and go app. My phone crashed while waiting line to exit. I was sent to Member Services to see if they could get my receipt from my payment and they refused to help me because I didn’t have my physical card on me. That’s why I have the app - so I don’t have to carry my card. They can pull up my account any other time with my drivers license, I don’t know what made this time so different. I had to wait for my phone to reboot because they weren’t going to let me leave with the items I paid for because the Members Services people didn’t want to be bothered.

Has totally gone down the hill. Prices never ring up correctly, had a staff member throw (yes throw) something at me. Order cakes week prior only for them to NOT have available on not one but 2 occasions. Then Alex in the back to yell at customers and cuss at them for her being behind. Managers not taking responsibility for their employees. Cafe staff being rude and not sanitary... wiping nose over food then touching. Very very upsetting. They should go check out Costco and see how a wholesale store should operate it’s just down the street.

This is the closest Sam’s to us so we have been here often, but lately the experience I get here is beyond frustrating. Two trips ago, I needed garlic. They informed me that they don’t sell the garlic I wanted anymore. Okay, fine. This last trip, they “magically had” that same garlic that I wanted in addition to the super expensive organic garlic I had gotten the trip before. Frustrating. Then, I couldn’t find orange juice and shortening. “We don’t sell that anymore.” Yeah, for some reason I don’t believe you. AND THEN, today I pulled out the brownie mix I purchased there THREE DAYS AGO, and it has a “best by” date of February 12, 2019. Seriously? Makes me wonder how long the perishable stuff I purchased has been sitting in the store and I will be combing through everything I purchased. Sam’s Club has all but lost my business.

The best staff they have us the staff they value the least. We have been in the area since day one and the most recent attempt to be like Costco is almost laughable. The training to accomplish this from a shopper's prospective is ...... WOW! Then let's have a one day sale and have only 5 of a sale item.... that will definitely make the store look good.

Samples are great! Just know if you touch a sample and put it back down, they have to throw it away. It's not waste, it's about safety.

Great place to get a cheap hot dog or slice of pizza and watch people. Best show in town for people watchers.
