Marco was a wonderful guide for a delightful & delectable meal. The pasta special - butternut squash ravioli - was wonderful and the chopped salad was quite satisfying! Thank you, Shevy & Tim for bringing your hospitality talents to this location!

So glad these guys moved into the unused space at Bevys, what an awesome addition to the Ken Cayrl area food scene. Great food and lots of wine choices. Rigatoni and suasage is amazing as is the eggplant tower. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Sauce on the Rocks enough. I recently helped organized a big reception there. Chris and Cheryl were great to work with. The food and ambiance are amazing. They went out of their way to make this event special. In addition, this is our go to restaurant in the mountains (Sauce on the Blue) and I’m so glad they are down here now!

Sauce is amazing, specifically Chris the GM & event manager. However all the staff is lovely. We recently hosted a LARGE event that was very special to our family & friends and Chris went above and beyond. He was kind, accommodating, and proactive. The food was so yummy and we really appreciated his suggestions for what to serve 200+ people. I also have had happy hour and dinner there and the portions are huge. We love Sauce on the rocks, it will definitely be in our Littleton restaurant rotation.

Sauce is amazing! The staff is remarkable, food and drinks are delicious and the atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend any of the sauce restaurants to out of Towners and feel lucky we have one so close by. A great add to the Littleton area.

Great deals during happy hour. The food was superb with generous portions. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The restaurant has a beautiful, spacious interior so one doesn't feel jammed together. All told I'd give it six stars out of five. Okay now. What do you All told I'd give it six stars out of five. Okay now. What do you do

Okay, I came here tonight with my husband as restaurant owners because we were very excited about hearing of a new Italian restaurant in Littleton. We do not live in Littleton anymore. We're actually in Highlands ranch but we have heard some things and wanted to check it out...
Upon entering it is a really nice restaurant. Done well with decor but the lighting is completely off and management... come on guys, you have seen all your reviews, you can get a $30 dimmer at home Depot for your lights, this is not rocket science. Listen to the reviews, especially in bar area.... Make it more inviting. Make it warm, and the music... come on now, we want to hear a little bit of music...
Okay, let's talk about the food....
Definitely processed food when it comes to the meatballs, tasted like pureed meat, texture was completely off, tasted boiled. Sausage was ok but hard to say where it's from
The salads you guys are charging way too much money for these salads for what you're getting. It's huge and if you have a two top, come on guys, what are you doing? You're trying to accommodate your menu for family and that's wonderful, but when you have a two top or even a three or a four they're not going to always go for the family. Everybody wants diversity.
$17 for a Caesar, granted, yes, you can share it but come on....
Pasta was definitely cooked Al dente but the sauce was bland and somewhat flavorless. We definitely had to add a lot of crushed reds and pepper and even salt and my husband never adds salt to anything. We are not salt people.
I really want this place to succeed. It's a cute place and in a really sweet area but you have to give a s*** you have to be there. You have to manage. You have to make sure that every detail is managed.
That's all I got.... Hopefully you listen. Hopefully you care. Hopefully you do something, because if you don't and people read this weeks after I've left it and it's still the same thing going on, it means nobody's listening.
Don't be just like any other restaurant. Actually give a s*** and do something. Put your best foot forward and make sure your staff understands what you're doing as a restaurant.
Make sure your staff understands why you do family style and explain that to the guests when they first arrive instead of the guest asking.
Good luck

This was our first time to dine at Sauce on the Rocks. We came optimistic, excited! There is a new restaurant in this part of town! The hostess and the waitress were lovely. The lighting is a little bit funky. There's some really bright lights mixed in with some others that kind of glare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. Maybe they need to change the bulbs out or something. The wine selection is good and they have a happy hour which is nice. They specialize in pizza so we ordered a pizza. The crust was tasteless and a disappointment. The salad was the highlight of the meal. It was fresh and had strawberries and walnuts. If we went back I would order something else.. maybe we'll go back in a few months to see if they've improved.

Food is good. Service is slow and below average. Happy hour prices are decent. Not anywhere close to Sauce on the blue

The atmosphere and service was very good. The food was marginal and overpriced. We each had pasta and water...with tip $93.

Arrive at 6 on Saturday eve. The place was more than 1/2 empty. Wanted spaghetti with bolognese sause, but was informed they were out! How does this happen on a Saturday evening at 6?? Bolognese is one of the most popular meals. My wife had a aweful Margherita pizza with some sweet sause on it, maybe barbecue? Our drinks took 1/2 hour to get, was told it was bartenders first day. Our bread came out after our meal! I could go on! What a hot mess! Won't be back.

Gave us the happy hour menu then told us we didn’t specify that we were ordering off of the happy hour menu so we were charged full price.
