They never have change for cash. The food is clearly old. The employees look annoyed to be there. If “unprofessional” was a business, this would be it.Walk 5 feet to the left and go to Charley’s for a Philly cheesesteak. They know how to properly treat customers.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza which the sign says large one topping 16.99, each additional topping 1.50. They charged me 19.99 and when i asked why i was told the one topping is cheese. The cheese is what they call one topping. So i asked ok even if thats how you consider it your additional toppings are 1.50 each so why did you stlcharge me more then that. He got mad said thats what his boss told him to do. Just make sure your bei g charged the correct price.

Took 30 minutes to make one pizza, sign is also sais 2 pizzas for 30 girl sais it's wrong and said it's 40. Also didn't put the one topping I asked
The salad was limp and brown with soggy croutons and they reheat the pizza which burns on the bottom. The service is great maybe it was a end of the day thing it was 4 . Also it is the mall expectation should be that

I wanted to get a pepperoni pizza they only had one slice I had to asked if they would make more the guy said it would take 45 minutes for a pizza to be made never heard that before. he should had said he didn't want to make another. just terrible service. he should quite his job. and this company would have better sales a well.

My son and i were craving sbarro so we went here.. this is not sbarro.. this is black and brown “marinara” sauce.. I lost my appetite looking at it. Horrible. The guy working there needs to be replaced ASAP. Past 2 times I went here it was horrendous, never going back until I see a new person working and edible looking food

There was a line of about 10 people waiting while there were no employees in the front. My brother had to physically go into the kitchen in the back and get the two employees who were doing who knows what in the back. They came out and seemed very disoriented and didn’t really care that customers had been waiting for several minutes. Food was cold and not very good for the price either. Won’t be going here again, terrible service.
