food was fine but I am not exaggerating when I say they were so mean here?? š also we waited like 10 minutes in the drive thru

Food is fine, but service is terrible. We went through the drive through, and they took the guy's order in front of us, but didn't take ours, saying the drive thru was closed. So we had to sit on the drive thru for 20 minutes while they took their sweet ass time making the order of the guy in front of us. Then we find out they thought we had an Uber, even though we didn't say anything about that. The manager didn't seem to care, she just wanted to go back to standing around going nothing

This is a well-run Sonic unlike the one that closed here in Roxborough a few years back.
The only reason I gave it three stars for atmosphere is they do not have indoor seating.

Terrible service, got our 2 drinks wrong, and took 20 minutes for the drinks to even be made with no wait in line or outside.

I love Sonic in general, always have. This location has reinforced that love, staff is always super happy and helpful and appreciative. Food is always fresh, hot and fast. I feel like Sonic overall is totally underrated, and other fast food places donāt even compare! Reasonably priced, unique and customizable menu options, breakfast anytime, the drinks and slushes, desserts, the ads are funny and relatable, always playing good music, theyāll bring you your food on roller skatesā¦. I mean come on!!

We got our burgers, and I saw something sticking out of the meat. I had to pull a bit aggressively to remove it. It was a PIECE OF METAL! I couldn't believe there was a piece of metal in my burger! Good thing I didn't swallow that, I could have choked on it, and or ripped up my insides. Could have been fatal or needed surgery to remove. Just glad I saw it before it was to late.
Staff said they find pieces of plastic in the food often, maybe quality control isnt as good as it needs to be.

Probably the worst Sonic I've ever been to I don't have a complicated order cheeseburger and fries my burger tasted like it was from the 1960s and my fries felt like they were double fried maybe even triple fried they were so hard I may have chipped a tooth

Placed an order on the app and accidentally clicked ASAP, so I immediately drove down to the restaurant to get it and not disservice the workers. By the time I got there (25 mins after placing order) it had been labeled as ācompletedā by the app, and I had no way to check in and pick up my order. My guess is that it was either thrown away or eaten my staff. Jerksā¦

Certainly my fast food of preference in this area of the metro. The drive through is consistently very long and sometimes the wait can be upwards of 20 minutes from arrival to departure. My order had only been incorrect only a handful of times, otherwise service is acceptable.

We came here and ordered/paid in one of the parking stalls. When the lady (Paulette) came to bring our food out, she asked us to pay. Confused, we showed her on our banking app where we were charged (time stamp, store number, exact amount she was telling us we needed to pay), and her response was just 'No.' She kept repeating 'no' to us in a rude way. We asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager (Monica) came out, validated that we were charged on our end, but their system isn't showing the transaction, and still wouldn't give us our order. Her solution was to have us wait for 5 more minutes to see if it ended up going through. We asked for a refund since we couldn't wait 5 more minutes - which, how were they able to do if they didn't have the transaction? Anyway, I wish I could leave 0 stars. We left without anything, and we won't be back (we would come here once, sometimes twice, a week, so it's a bit of a bummer).

It took 17 mins for us to get 3 hot dogs and a cheddar popper. Please put in an additional lane so that people can leave if they don't want to wait. My kids even asked if they were making everything from scratch because it took so long. Would not recommend if you have somewhere to be!

Best corn dogs ever. I had initially ordered only one but I got back in the drive thru to put down 7 more of those bad boys. I would literally eat corn dogs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I had a choice. Would come back again to eat corn dogs. Following will be my rankings of how I evaluated the corn dogs.

I honestly have no idea why they serve other food. I think they would make more money profit margins if they sold only corn dogs and water.
