I LOVE their matcha float, but the last few months the boba (pearls) itself has been bad. I don't know if batches have been mixed or what but some are really well cooked and others are way too firm. Way too expensive for a drink I'm not 100% satisfied with and they have a new employee at the counter every time I go there who's training or seems lost.

This place is recently new to my area and I will not be returning due to customer service and poor training. I was on a delivery order and I had a bathroom emergency. I understand restrooms are usually for customers only. There should have been some sort of exemption. Instead they were adamant and I had to figure out how to make it to a restroom because somebody else decided that I could not use theirs in a public place. I will not be returning and honestly there are way better locations close like Vivi bubble tea and Niko Niko bobba. Bb bubble tea also does delivery and they have side items that taste and smell delicious. I can't say I've ever been enticed to walk into this place other than when I'm picking up from noodles and company for a quick stop. I would recommend either better customer service for local representatives, having delivery, or better deals cuz your pricing is astronomical and only out of convenience that I ever considered this place.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday, as I work in the area on Mondays. I was elated to have found this place! They have a great menu with a selection of delicious teas and some of the best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had! So good!

This little shop is such a hidden gem! Tucked away in a well-known shopping center, it’s easy to miss—but once you find it, you’ll be so glad you did. The drinks here are always delicious, with super creative combinations that go beyond your typical matcha and drink menu. You can tell they really care about flavor, texture, and presentation in every cup.
They also offer a great selection of snacks and desserts that pair perfectly with the drinks—everything we’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and fun. It’s the kind of spot where you end up trying something new every time and somehow loving it even more.
The shop itself is adorable, clean, and well-decorated, with a relaxed vibe that makes it a great place to hang out or take a quick break while shopping. And the staff? So sweet. Every visit we’re greeted with smiles and kindness, and they’re always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations.
They definitely deserve more attention for the quality and creativity they bring to the table. We’ll keep coming back and bringing more people with us!

Refreshers here are fire! Added the passion fruit popping Boba to the number 75 and it was the perfect combo! Will be back to try other mixes for sure! Also the blonde girl (didnt catch her name) working on this Friday March14th @ 630pm was very friendly, cheerful, and polite!

The customer service was great. I didn't have any drinks since it was too late for coffee, but everyone liked the variety. Smoothies, milk drinks, refereshers, and a couple more types of drinks. The tea was good, but the boba wasn't very good, though. I don't drink high fructose corn syrup, and they use that in their flavorings, so I didn't get to sample.

WILL NOT be returning to speckle tea! Go to Boba Zone instead! I am a semi regular costumer here(I’ve never thought they had great boba but it’s close)
I ordered one of the new Ube milk teas First taste, and it was watery and super grainy and a really weird after taste not pleasant at all, so I asked if they’d mind making my regular drink instead, and the manager or owner of the store belittled me and made me feel stupid for not liking it, and told me I could “pay for another drink if I don’t like it” And then offered to throw away the $8 drink for me ? The boba in general is super inconsistent and costumer service is even worse.
