I know a lot of places have younger staff, but I have to rave about a young man named Austin. It was so refreshing to actually hear, please and thank you from the younger generation. Thanks for such great customer service.

I love the tea and boba here. The service has been great the few times I've been here, and the drinks have always been great. The only thing I wish was here was a seating area. They have a small table and one small couch. I think the atmosphere needs a touch of improvement but the drinks are great.

We've been here a few times and always enjoy our experience. Today, I tried something new, the Matcha Soda. The server was helpful and mentioned the carbonation may change the experience if I decide to add boba, but fizzy drinks are my jam and I decided to add boba anyway. The manager (maybe owner) made my drink but said she thinks it may not be exactly right and asked if she can make me something else. I asked to go ahead and try it before making something else, because you never know, and sure enough it was delicious!I can see how matcha with club soda and boba may be odd....but it was just what I wanted and I will definitely get it again. I appreciate that the manager really wanted me to be pleased with my drink. That high level of service is what made me want to leave a review. Much appreciated, thank you!

Coffee was good, but the younger servers didn't seem to want to be there. I noticed a big difference in friendliness when several middle aged Asians came in and started working (owners?). I will try it again, but kinda a sterile environment if you are looking for coffee shop vibes. Places like this could be better will local art and some type of character. But to be fair, I will try it again when I'm passing through.

Gosh the desserts and drinks are just to die for. The staff always overfill smoothies, quickly make your drinks, and are always so welcoming, polite, just fantastic people. If you want to try boba or want to try new things and general, they have so much variety and everything tastes amazing. I’d recommend this to a friend’s cousin’s friend it’s that good.

Cute place and great service but dangerous if you have allergies. They can’t guarantee there aren’t tree nuts etc in their products and I had a severe reaction. My drink was a boba matcha strawberry and my allergy is to walnuts. I called and they said they were sorry and didn’t know what it could have been from. Just be careful.

I keep coming here bc it’s the only boba place in the neighborhood but they served me a nasty boba with tomato sauce in the boba and then told me I needed to pay to replace it - after I tipped them and go there for boba at least 3x’s a week.I don’t think a small boba replacement is worth sending your customers away unhappy.Hopefully you can change your policy to be more guest friendly.I won’t be tipping at this place anymore.

Nice tea shop. Clean and open. Wonderful little date spot. The menu can be a bit overwhelming for first timers, but once you find what you like - ordering will be fast and easy. It's a nice place to treat yourself - the drinks are quite tasty but also quite pricey. I won't be a regular for that reason. I recommend the Dragon Fruit tea for a refreshing summer pick me up. Cheers!

I was greeted as soon as i entered the establishment. There was several drink options to choose. Came here as it had great reviews. I got a taro smoothie, which was just okay. Not much flavor and watered down. The worker said the drinks come in pre-made packets. So I'm assuming that's why the smoothie was bland. I might come back and try another time. But most likely won't be my go to boba spot
