Some of the employees were extremely rude by fighting and yelling loudly at each other. Towards the end of the night, one employee was waving a dirty broom around trying to jokingly put it in one of the other Starbuck barista's face. This broom was gross and being held over the countertop where they prepare food and drinks. The entire cafe was emptied out really early when there are some regulars that stay till 9pm. Disappointed:/

I ordered a small macchiato for dine in and paid $5.15; but I received a caramel macchiato (in a nice mug). I went back to counter and asked for a plain macchiato and they served in the same size mug, causing it to get cold quickly. I was charged for the caramel macchiato rather than the drink I received. The staff was super focused on drive thru customers.

Expensive Drinks, Cheap Carrier- A Recipe for Disaster.

Starbucks is known for charging premium prices for their drinks, yet somehow, they can’t seem to invest in decent drink carriers. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You walk out with a tray full of overpriced lattes, only for the flimsy, poorly designed cardboard to buckle under the slightest bit of moisture. Whether it’s condensation from an iced drink or a tiny drip from a hot drink, the carrier turns into a useless, soggy mess in minutes.

And when it does? Say goodbye to your drinks, and your dignity—because you’ll either be wearing a scalding hot latte or slipping on an explosion of cold, sticky, iced drink that’s now all over the you and everything in a 6 foot span.. It’s frustrating, dangerous, and completely avoidable if they actually cared about giving customers a carrier that could hold up for more than five minutes.

For the amount of money they charge, you’d think they could afford something sturdier. But no, they’re cutting corners while we’re stuck playing a risky game of “will my drinks survive the trip to the car?” Even better when I called the store, the girl who answered after I explained what happened responded with “yeah this happens all the time”.
I asked for a refund and she told me they can’t do anything that I’d have to call corporate.
Seriously, absurd. This is a well documented known problem and your staff is clearly well versed on the issue.
Problem solved for me, I’m done with this place.

The guy who was working the drive through window today (1/7/25) at 3pm - curly hair, terrible attitude- should not be handling customers face on. He very clearly is incapable of being kind to strangers.

I had asked for two gift cards at the drive through and he mentioned to remind him when I got up to the window and he told me my total when I pulled up and I had asked if the total included the two gift cards and he rudely says “no, that’s why I told you to remind me”??? Then when I asked if they had any Valentine’s cards in yet, he huffed as he had to go and check. When he came back and mentioned they did not have any yet, I politely said I’ll hold off on the gift cards. He goes “now you don’t want them??? Okay”

THEN at the end of the interaction as he hands me my coffee, I tell him thank you and to have a good day and he just says “yeah”….

Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible part on the manager to put him in a position where he is dealing with customers. He either hates his life or his job and neither one should affect how he talks to strangers. When I called and spoke to the manager about this interaction she very clearly didn’t care so hoping there is someone with some sort of priority for the customer service of the company that will see this and address it appropriately.

I am never one to ever post reviews and i feel bad to but if i’m paying almost $8 for a small drink i expect it to be made right. The past 4 times i’ve been something is wrong. It just sucks that i look forward to it and once i get it i’m disappointed. Just giving this review because i love this location but recently the quality has been going down.
