Wow. Simply wow. Next level energy and service. I’ve never had a Starbucks experience like this. Hands down my favorite coffee shop experience in a long time. They really took pride in their work and had the best balance of humor and courtesy.

I wish we caught his name but he was working tonight around 8 and has tattoos I think but he was so freaking nice. I swear every time my boyfriend and I have been to this location everyone’s not the nicest but he was so cool!! And thank u for allowing us to give u an extra tip!

Staff here are lovely! Everyone was very kind and friendly not just to me but to everyone else in the store as well. Store is also very clean and well presented with lots of seating options. Cozy atmosphere and excellent service!

Sam is a Gem!! She was so caring and nice when I told her we were dealing with my Father in Law's passing. She immediately said they coukd provide coffee for our memorial service the following week and did. She recognizes me everytime I come in and always has a smile. Sam is Awesome!! The coffee was soooo appreciated by my family.

I come to this Starbucks location pretty much daily, service used to be top notch, the past couple months I’ve noticed a change in staff, long wait times, incorrect orders and so on - it’s extremely disappointing! Now that AJ is gone, this store has taken a plummet! Customer service is horrid! Wait times are ridiculous!

They didn’t make a good matcha in the drive through so I came back and went in and told them it just tasted like they put no cold foam that I asked and paid for. The girl remakes it after I tell her and she makes an iced matcha and gives me attitude when I said it was a hot one. Clearly you can see by the cup difference if it’s a hot or cold drink and she claimed I said iced which I never did. Waited 10 mi ties for them to re make it too and there was no line. Will never be back! Learn how to hire people who understand customer service.

Nyla Two Two

Ordered and they were passive aggressive about my order responding with “I guess you can have that” and “no you can’t order that” and then met with silence before saying once more “I guess you can order that”. Then at the window, we waited five minutes while they laughed and chatted in the background. We ended the experience with drinks made half hazardly and not even how we asked we just went to another store for them to remake them. Never stopping at this one again

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is my favorite. It is large inside with plenty of different types of seating. It is great for working remote and there are plenty of charging stations.

The staff are phenomenal at this location. I was quite the regular for a while and got to know several of the barista’s. They are so kind and friendly and accommodating.

The patio is nice and very dog friendly.

There is a lake a short distance called Robert Clement, and it is beautiful. It’s nice to grab a Starbucks and walk around the lake or even sit at a nearby bench and watch the ducks and turtles and people walking by.

Some of the employees were extremely rude by fighting and yelling loudly at each other. Towards the end of the night, one employee was waving a dirty broom around trying to jokingly put it in one of the other Starbuck barista's face. This broom was gross and being held over the countertop where they prepare food and drinks. The entire cafe was emptied out really early when there are some regulars that stay till 9pm. Disappointed:/

I ordered a small macchiato for dine in and paid $5.15; but I received a caramel macchiato (in a nice mug). I went back to counter and asked for a plain macchiato and they served in the same size mug, causing it to get cold quickly. I was charged for the caramel macchiato rather than the drink I received. The staff was super focused on drive thru customers.
