I understand that this place closes at 9 but there shouldn’t be any reason to be in the drive through before 8:50pm and be ignored at the intercom, to then drive by and see people inside. Kind of sucks

It’s been a favorite stop for me and my family, not just for the consistently great coffee and friendly atmosphere, but for the kind people behind the counter. I lead a local nonprofit that supports our public schools, and I’ve seen firsthand how deeply this store cares about the community. Their kindness and willingness to show up for local schools has made a real impact. A huge shoutout to the manager, Ashton, who is absolutely wonderful. Ashton leads with warmth, kindness, and genuine care for both customers and the community. You can feel it the moment you walk in, and it clearly carries through this location.

This is the second time I’ve come to this Starbucks and received a coffee that was filled more than an inch below the top of the cup. For the price Starbucks charges, I expect a full drink, not one that looks shorted. I understand leaving room for milk or foam, but this was excessive and disappointing—especially since it’s happened more than once. I won’t be returning.

I went in and ordered 1 drink. for some reason the people inside get pushed back and the drive through is a priority Even though we ordered before the car that was served before. I asked about it, they said there were more orders in front of us. there was no one in there that was waiting on a drink. The person that rang me in didn’t seem concerned one bit. Never again

We ordered drinks through drive thru and came home and all drinks were made wrong and tasted terrible and were only half full. I called and talked to the manager and she said to come back the next day and we could get free drinks. When we came through the drive thru for our drinks , no one knew what was going on and we were made to feel as if it was our fault. We got the free drinks but will not be back!
