I go to this Starbucks a lot. When they are open, they are pretty good. I’m giving them a strong negative rating today because I can’t count in them to be open during their published business hours. This happens a lot at this location. Attached is a photograph from today.
Nice and easy access, thats so important. Good location, accurate orders and they are focused behind the counter and get orders out promptly.

Overall a nice place, the only thing that is that the staff is always busy (considering there's only two people) which isn't there fault but when there a long line (usually there isn't) they might take longer to take your order.

I have a dairy allergy. I ordered a drink, I saw them make it with 2%, realise they had made a mistake, and then proceed to pour out the cup and remake the drink in the same cup. I didn’t say anything because they all seemed so preoccupied, so I gave it to my husband when I got home because I was too scared I was going to puke my brains out if I drank it.I don’t know if this is standard practice, but if it is, I’m certainly skipping the Starbucks from now on.

The staff did not acknowledge me at all. I felt like I had to beg for their attention to recieve service. All the Starbucks staff gave me a dirty look. I do not know if they were just prejudice or just super young people who are obviously not great at customers service. We are all going through something but I do not appreciate not being acknowledge. I will not return. None of them said thank you or even have a great day. The young lady gave me my Frappuccino with an attitude. Will never return to this location.
