I meet a friend here once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday. The eat in lobby area is often closed with a sign saying online orders only. Last Saturday I called in the morning to ask if there inside seating was open and was told it was but when we arrived there the sign was on the door that the lobby was closed. It was too cold to sit outdoors as it had snowed the night before. We will be taking our business elsewhere as this is happening too often.

I am very disappointed in this Starbucks today. I always come here and today they were backed up which we can understand being short staffed but there is one lady named Amy working who was rude as hell to the customers who are paying 7-10 dollars for a drink. If you do not like your job then find a new one. Do not be rude because your coworkers didn’t come to work!! Again very disappointed in the service received from this Starbucks. The rest of the staff tried to make up for her rudeness

A number of times (like today) the doors have signs alerting the customers that the drive thru is ope, but the lobby is closed. Seems if you have staff enough for the drive thru … that the occasional lobby customer could be waited on too. The baristas have to be behind the counter making drinks and food, why close the lobby?

It's the customers that suck not the workers. There's old people throwing food at workers because they never learned to be patient a day in their life. The workers here are great and definitely put up with too much bs.

Barista was super friendly. Apologized for making me wait a few minutes. I was actually early for my order. There really was no wait. Staff knew most people coming in. It was a place where everyone knows your name.

You know I really give this place Top ratings but honestly I am biased in my opinion because I have been going here for years! As with my job I have watched staff members come and go and the evolution of a place and this place has an amazing staff! They engage and get to know you and share a little bit of their lives and I'm the kind of person whose soul is enriched by engagement with others! So I dig it here!

I really like this location, but I was really disappointed in some staff recently. We had ordered two venti drinks at the drive thru, the order was not repeated to us, and we paid at the window without the order being repeated there, either. Then one of the drinks comes out grande, so we explain we ordered a venti. The window staff member went inside to talk to the person who took the order, who appeared to be training the window barista, and they explained that we were asking for a venti. We heard the other person saying that "people like to order grande and then claim they ordered venti so they can get free drinks". I'm not naive enough to think that people don't do this, because people do, but I'm insulted by being accused of it inside the store where they maybe thought we wouldn't be able to hear them complaining about it. I even thought I might have paid for the venti and it accidentally went into a grande cup. I even thought about calling into the store to show my order history on the app to prove I only order venti drinks, since they were making a big deal out of an accident.This just makes me want to be annoying when I order and ask the barista taking it to repeat the order so I'm not accused of this if there is an accidental error. It's embarrassing for me to ask for my drink to be remade, I don't need free drinks, I ordered one because I only want one.
