Customer Service is 2 stars. Employees don't seem happy and they're always closed at 6pm, but online says they're open until 8pm.

Dont love hearing they are closed at 745 pm when the posted hours are until 8. The staff here, when open, always do just the bare minimum. Time to clean house.

Nicer, newer store. Though it became a running joke throughout my drive thru experience on the barista having an off day, I ended up with one of my drinks being pikes extremely hot coffee, instead of a white mocha. Big difference, had to park and go inside to get the correct drink. Being disabled, I drove a few miles for the drive thru and ended up having to lug myself and medical equipment inside. The original coffee was so hot, it burned the roof of my mouth for the entire day. Not a gripe, we all gave off days, just a fair review.

I came into this location today and ordered what I always do at my neighborhood Starbucks. An iced grande Americano with soy. I waited quite some time to get it, while there were probably 5 people behind the counter chatting and hanging out.
When my drink was finally ready, I was surprised when my drink was hot on the bottom with a bunch of melted ice in the top. I asked for a separate cup of ice to make up for it so it would be cold, I poured it into the new cup with ice. This was the worst Americano I’ve ever had. I mean I couldn’t even sip it and stomach it.
So then they gave me a $4 voucher. I got a Dragon Fruit Refresher, which I paid with the voucher + my own money for what that voucher didn’t cover. I tipped about ~$1 both times I ordered.
The refresher was mostly water. I don’t get this all the time, but have gotten it enough to know what it should look/taste like.
How can Starbucks charge $5+ for a drink that is mostly ice and water? I typically love Starbucks and am a frequent visitor to the one near my home — but this location off of Dry Creek and Broadway in Denver will try to make your drink with as little ingredients as possible, and not even make it correctly. Won’t be coming back to this one.
