I was going through the drive through today and had an issue with my Starbucks app. The staff was so super helpful, kinda, and got me sorted out and on my way. This Starbuck is one my way home from dropping off my kiddo and is a regular stop. I really appreciate the help, and I hope the staff there knows how much it made my day! Need a better person taking orders. Just went through and the lady taking orders should be making drinks she def is not a people person. She honestly made me second guess if I wanted to even spend money. However the person taking payment was a complete opposite of her. HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB!

I’ve been going to this location for two years now, and I have to say the manager Julia, has gone above and beyond for me every time I’m in. There’s such an incredibly uplifting vibe among the employees and in the environment. As a Customer, (and human) it warms my heart to see that- and makes me want to come back. I have tried other Starbucks in and out of the local area, and literally nobody does it like Julia and her crew! This is the location to support!

Julia is probably the rudest customer service employee I’ve run in to. I was given the wrong drink at the window and she immediately got defensive and said “YOU ordered an iced chai” (I didn’t). She took the drink back with an attitude, had it made properly, and sent me off with a passive aggressive remark, “have a BETTER day.” And an eye roll. My drink was lovely and my day was great, hopefully Julia doesn’t cause every customer to leave with a bad taste in their mouth. I contacted corporate and got a refund.
