I was going through the drive through today and had an issue with my Starbucks app. The staff was so super helpful, kinda, and got me sorted out and on my way. This Starbuck is one my way home from dropping off my kiddo and is a regular stop. I really appreciate the help, and I hope the staff there knows how much it made my day! I appreciate the great work and care.
I’ve been going to this location for two years now, and I have to say the manager Julia, has gone above and beyond for me every time I’m in. There’s such an incredibly uplifting vibe among the employees and in the environment. As a Customer, (and human) it warms my heart to see that- and makes me want to come back. I have tried other Starbucks in and out of the local area, and literally nobody does it like Julia and her crew! This is the location to support!
Nicer, newer store. Though it became a running joke throughout my drive thru experience on the barista having an off day, I ended up with one of my drinks being pikes extremely hot coffee, instead of a white mocha. Big difference, had to park and go inside to get the correct drink. Being disabled, I drove a few miles for the drive thru and ended up having to lug myself and medical equipment inside. The original coffee was so hot, it burned the roof of my mouth for the entire day....
