During Covid the store was absolutely atrocious to people coming in to pick up orders. Young kids were yelling at customers to get out.

I've been going to this location every morning for 4 months and I have been so impressed with the staff on every visit. They have helped me with drink suggestions, which I so appreciated. Every morning whomever greets me at the drive thru always seems to have a smile on their faces I have never had anything but a great experience.

So shocked to see any bad reviews about this Starbucks. I go here so often that the employees greet me by my name. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Drinks are always made correctly and are delish!

I try and avoid this Starbucks at all costs when I’m going out for a drink! They ALWAYS make my drink wrong and it’s a hit or miss if I’m treated nicely. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of the workers there can be very nice! But even when they are nice to me, it’s really not worth it if I have to pour my 7 dollar drink down the drain :(

I don't think they wash their mixing cups because I consistently get tea that tastes like coffee. Lately, it's been 4 out of 5 orders that taste that way which ruins the tea for me. Their hours are also very inconsistent and not posted. I went by at 3:30 on a Friday and they were closed, but they regularly close before their advertised hours.

The people are nice most of the time. And the only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it is right next to my house. On my way to work. I swear whether I go when I’m the only person in line or 10th in line my drink order is never correct. And I know it’s not difficult because I go to every other Starbucks in the area when I have time and they get my drink correct. I’m not one to write reviews but this time in particular I was late to work and my drink was wrong and I didn’t have enough time to get it fixed. There was one time I went and I watched the person make my drink wrong so I said “oh I wanted lemonade” and I watched the barista just throw my drink in the blender, then hand it back to me???? And she didn’t even put lemonade in it

I do deliveries and this is one of the worst places to pickup orders! Today I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one even asked if they could help me. In fact this Starbucks staff seems to make it a game to see how long they can ignore drivers. Usually I wait at least 10 minutes at this place to find out my order was ready all along and sitting by the drive through window. I'll never except a delivery from this Starbucks again.

I would give zero Stars if I could. I went through the drive thru, received the wrong order and had a reaction to an ingredient in it after I tasted it. It was not an allergic reaction It was a my body doesn't like it reaction. I called and the manager actually and explained this and she told me to go to the emergency room. What a joke she also said starbucks would pay for it...also what a joke. Never offered to make me a new drink...not once. This location is ridiculous.

Lazy rude argumentative employee with glasses and black hair today. 13$ for 2 drinks and she tries telling me to try my drink again and tried arguing with me telling me she’s making it right. After I already politely asked her to remake it and it was horrible and not right. How can you charge so much for a drink when you can’t even enjoy it :(

Food is drinks are usually good if they actually give it to you. Very friendly but they short us constantly and the screen doesn't work outside complicatingOne thing also we order the Matcha Green Tea Latte and have never gotten the same dtubk twice. It's pretty weird. Oh and don't ask for straws!
