There was a small mix up with my order and the manger who I believe was named Robin was incredibly mean to the lovely girl who took our order named River she talked down to her and demeaned her in front of the full store and she was about to cry no manager should be taking to employees like that period especially in front of guests I was incredibly embarrassed by the managers behavior as she was also yelling at all the staff in the store

Totally unprofessional and lack of training. Had to order multiple time to get my drinks correctly. Waiting in line several time due to missing items.

This is by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had in Denver. The latte tasted like plain milk with almost no coffee flavor. They don’t even offer a simple cup of water without charging. The staff is rude — the middle-aged man with glasses was dismissive when I asked for water, and the woman serving bakery items wasn’t even wearing gloves, which felt very unhygienic.

Definitely not recommended.

I work at Park Meadows Mall, and this team has my back for those days where I rush out of the house and haven’t eaten breakfast. They turned my order around lightning fast, and when I was all nervous, and walked around the long way, they joked with me and made me feel better. Great team, great service! Thanks ya’ll!

If I could give 0 stars - I would . Cashier was very discourteous! I wasn’t dress fancy, just sport outfit and classy bag ! I asked for hot water , and was about to continue with my order , lady- Dawn interrupted me “ you have to make a purchase first “.

The one star is for the drinks and the other staff members that were pleasant. Max was nothing short but unfriendly after she realized my family was going to have a large order this morning. We were a little discombobulated, I’ll give her that, but we apologize many times and said please and thank you to hopefully change her attitude. Not only was she short with us, but as we were paying she stated to the other staff members ‘There’s going to be a $70 order coming,’ and sighed like we had just ruined her day with our existence. Next time we’ll gladly take our $70 order to the Nordstrom cafe, as they are always kind to us.

Agreed with all the other negative reviews. If you are looking for a pleasant experience worth your money, this is not it. I walked in and stood behind a lady before her telling me to go up to the counter as she wasn’t in line. I thanked her and walked up. No one at the counter. Fair, they’re busy completing orders ahead of me. So I wait. Not a single greet from an employee. Another man walks in and walks up standing slightly behind me. Employee went straight to the register greets and asks for his order, without acknowledging me. I’m standing there looking around, other customers are staring. I walk out. Maybe it’s cause he had a shopping bag and was well dressed and I wasn’t? Maybe I didn’t look like I could afford a $10 coffee lol. I admit I didn’t try to dress to impress, so whatever. If you are an employer and someone has THIS Starbucks listed in their job history - run and FAST. I’ve worked in customer service and now manage a business where I hire and fire. I’d like a fair warning if I frequent places and received an application from someone who came from said places that didn’t prioritize certain etiquettes and mannerisms in the service/sales industry. Goodluck out there - human decency and customer service is hard to come by, at this Starbucks apparently.*photo for how NOT busy it was and how easy 1 of the 5 people working could’ve done the bare minimum and greeted an incoming customer or acknowledge who arrived first (like placement in line wasn’t enough lol)

I ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte w/ Oatmilk. I got my drink and it didn’t have Oatmilk so I politely asked them to remake it because I have a severe allergy to dairy. The lady who was working (who had a name tag starting with the letter M) was rude and said they didn’t charge me for Oatmilk, made it seem like it was my fault. She dumped the chai into the sink and reused the cup that had dairy in it. :| Very bad service, atmosphere, and I didn’t even get to enjoy my drink. 6 dollars wasted o something I can’t enjoy. :)
