As a former employee, do not support this store or their terrible store manager. Was told to wait upwards of 20 minutes for a bathroom break after I had surgery. Was really just trying to help out another store and got treated terrible. I tried to request not to go back, this store manager just reported me to my own, never even spoke to me. Starbucks needs to seriously reconsider their management. Support your local Target or King Soopers Starbucks until corporate gets their stuff together.

After waiting for ten minutes I decided to ask about the progress of a online order I was picking up. I got a rather curt response but I don't care as long as the order is ready soon. After waiting for another ten minutes I noticed everyone that had arrived after me was now gone and had received their orders. In the meantime the person I asked about the progress of the order noticed me staring and waiting and decided to play on his iPad instead. If you are not their friend you will be shafted to the back and ignored for asking one question. Thank you for texting me like garbage Starbucks

Pretty decent Starbucks. I've lived in this area my whole life and have been occasionally coming to this Starbucks for a long time, but it seems like the friendlyness has become more judgie. I came in recently to pick up my mobile order and sat down with zero greeting, but people who looked to have more money than me (looks can be deceiving) were greeted one after another after I sat down. I could care less but treat people the same no matter how they look, Starbucks.
