Pretty decent Starbucks. I've lived in this area my whole life and have been occasionally coming to this Starbucks for a long time, but it seems like the friendlyness has become more judgie. I came in recently to pick up my mobile order and sat down with zero greeting, but people who looked to have more money than me (looks can be deceiving) were greeted one after another after I sat down. I could care less but treat people the same no matter how they look, Starbucks.

Save your time and money. Just go to a convenience store and buy a bag of ice. We asked for little to no ice (zoom in on the photo) and received cups full of ice with maybe a tablespoon or two of our beverage.

I usually love this location but your morning crew the last two days are just terse. Said good morning yesterday no one even acknowledged me. This morning I asked for a lid change and I was pleasant, they weren’t and acted like I was bothering them. I pay $6+ for a coffee and tip and I think friendly service should come with that price. I normally would chalk it up to them being busy, but they weren’t especially today.

Good Starbucks location! Friendly staff and quick service. All the seats are by the wall and have outlets to charge something so I appreciate that! Not super big inside, but it was pretty quiet when I went in (the afternoon on a Tuesday) and it was a good spot to get some work done.

This Starbucks is by my dogs vet. I was very emotional today under a lot of stress & also I forgot to take my medication, my dog was going under sedation for the first time, etc …my normal Starbucks in Littleton butchered my order and it kind of just made my day worst (first world problems I know). I didn’t know if you could walk in a different Starbucks and have your order fixed but I figured I’d try and if I needed to pay for a whole new coffee that was fine. The person behind the counter (didn’t catch their name but they had a pink bow/scrunchie in their hair) apologized for the other Starbucks, told me they’d fix my coffee up right away, validated I was having a bad day, and didn’t charge me for a new coffee). Then the man who made and handed me my coffee said he hoped this one was better. Just goes to show you that small, kind human interactions can change the whole course of someone’s day and this Starbucks team definitely turned my day/mood around. Thank you guys <3
