Only 4 stars because I refuse to let 1 person bring down this amazing team. This morning before 8am as I was heading to my work in retail, I came to my favorite Starbucks. Today I was met with rudeness. I was told "I can't read your mind" when trying to make a custom drink which I had done so the day before. I have never ever been treated so poorly. I should have spoken up but I didn't want to escalate the situation which they (window person) seemed determined to do. I will keep going to this location because like I said the rest of the team is fantastic. I really didn't need this this morning. Today starbucks brought me down, so much for my little joy in the morning. Please give them deescalation training. I'm afraid of getting them again. ?

The service was much better than on other occasions, only this time the place was a little dirty, both the floor and the tables, and I mean the tables inside. I don't know if it was because there were only two people and one of them disappeared for a moment and there was only one person taking orders and preparing...

Omg!! I waited my order be ready 20 mins and they were not busy at all. I asked the guy who has hair is dyed in the neck and he did not even look at my face and was like we are working on it. I was like on lets be nice. And i wait 10 mins more and i asked them and that guy was laughing at me. Omg!!! So rude and lazy workers!

That's my reaction after taking a sip.I stopped coming to this location about 7 months ago because the quality of drinks was unbearable and the consistency was zero.So today I took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff was not rushed, they were kind, friendly, helpful...I ordered venti hot peppermint mocha KIDS TEMP and it actually came out perfect.As this is my 1st time back in a while, I don't know if the staff has changed or if training was done or what, but this experience gives me hope that the next visit will be just as great as this morning.

Here’s my bacon Gouda egg 5$ sandwich. Is it just me or is it a quarter of the size it used to be? But the same price. This is our/my fault for accepting this. For coming back. Not often. Only because I had gift cards. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this.
They close at 2 but appearently that really means 1:45. A store that can't even operate within the minimum standards of operation.

This Starbucks SUCKS. Drinks are never ever everrr made correctly. And the food also SUCKS. Go to lost coffee or dirt coffee in downtown Littleton. So much better than Starbucks these days.

Avoid this location! The whole place is dirty and needs to be wiped down. The staff is incredibly rude and wasn't able to keep up with drink orders during a slow afternoon. We waited at least 30 minutes for a couple of frappuccinos. It was very surprising to see so many drug addicts yelling and screaming all around the business. This part of town is definitely changing....

We stopped in for breakfast on our way home from summer vacation and it was ok. They seemed kinda annoyed we had kids with us and kinda almost forgot my sandwich. Just ok nothing bad but nothing great.
